Jim is President /Owner at RPM Dupage Preferred. Jim’s 20+ years of experience in various disciplines includes real estate, finance, accounting, strategic sourcing and procurement. As a graduate of University of Illinois — Chicago with a B.S. in Accounting, Jim has a strong business acumen. His experience with SBC Global, Sears Holdings Corporation, and McDonald’s Corporation led him to a position of leadership in all of these areas.
Jim is skilled in every aspect of property management including marketing, leasing, maintenance, collections, evictions, accounting, inspections, contract negotiation and legal compliance. Jim has the skills to successfully navigate both sides of any leasing transaction with professionalism, strong business sense, and always keeping the property owners best interest in mind.
