been going for hair removel on my chin and I see Angela and even though it hurts i enjoy talking to her and her other staff. The place is very nice inside and very homey. Angela has helped me alot with an embaceing problem

I will for sure be going back! I couldn’t believe how nice and accommodating every single person was. I went there with my wedding party and we really had a wonderful day.
We had a nice room to hang out in, and it was perfect. Holly did my manicure and pedicure, and she was just so awesome. The girl at the front desk kept bringing me my cookies and wine, and I so very much appreciated that.
I highly recommend this place. Not only are the people awesome, but the environment and services are wonderful. Also, they gave me a chapstick, and it was in the best chapstick I think that I have every used!

I simply LOVED this spa. From the moment I walked in, you could feel the tranquility. I was welcomed with a smile. I was disappointed at first because the body wrap I wanted to get wasn’t available. I was recommended to get the Tropical body scrub. Ooooh my. FABULOUS!!! The aromas you encounter during the procedure just takes you to an island in your mind. The scrub felt phenomenal. My skin was so soft and glowing afterwards. Estelle made me feel so comfortable once I told her I was self conscience about my body. Kudos to her.
I then had an European facial with extractions. Again… Heaven. She walked me through what she was doing and engaged in conversation with me but let me relax at that right times. The hand, neck, shoulder and have massage… AWESOME. I’ve already made my next appointment.
I would definitely recommend this spa.

I’ve been coming here for years for my aesthetician needs. Maggie rocks! Quick and (nearly) painless waxing, but she has a very gentle way and makes her clients feel comfortable. All of the front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. They always ask about booking next appointments and how I’m doing on my products. The owner is amazing and generous, donating a HUGE package to a local cancer charity raffle I did in 2014. And I’ve just started getting my pedicures done with Holly, for the same price I’d pay at one of those cheap quality run-​of-​the-​mill commercial salons, but Simply Beautiful offers top of the line products and the staff actually knows what they’re doing. Save your bod and your cash, ladies… Go here!!!

Wonderful and outstanding service and atmosphere. In a soothing voice the massage Gods bellow out a tone of relax and refresh all the way through. I don’t usually have a male masseuse but Tony was by far the best massage I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this place… And even more highly recommend Tony! If your wife needs a refresher or you have a tough week at work this is where you need to unwind. Well worth any effort it takes to get an appointment here!

This place is soo wonderful and relaxing. Everything is very clean and high quality. The staff are all professional and very nice. I honestly don’t have anything bad to say about this place. I’ve had a massage, facial, manicure, and pedicure here and they were all fabulous. My mani/​pedi lasted at least 2 weeks, if not longer.
Perfect for mother’s day or if you’re looking to really treat yourself.

Tony is THE MAN. Very skilled. 20 years as a massage therapist and a veteran to boot. If you’re coming in for a massage … you want Tony.

Absolutely wonderful Day Spa !!! The ambiance is very comfortable and relaxing as well as attractive. I go to Lisa for message and she is amazing. I travel a bit to come to her and it is so well worth it ! She is really that great ! This sweet spa is tucked conveniently behind Yorktown Mall. Easy to slip out of the quiet setting if you please or so close to whatever your needs are good, shopping etc. a must try spa!

I came here awhile ago with my boyfriend for our anniversary. I had procrastinated and called the day before I had wanted to go to see if they could fit us in for a full day together. They were so accommodating! I had gotten the ‘Simply Beautiful Day’ and he got the same thing but for men. We weren’t able to do it together, which I understood but they were able to put the both of us into the schedule to start and end at the same time.
The massage was wonderful and it was my first, it was a great experience along with the facial, mani and pedi. As soon as we walked in they were so nice and led us to a changing room that was somewhat like a locker room with a washroom and a shower and a place for us to lock our stuff up. Really comfy and clean robes were given to us as well as a neck warmer and they had us sit in a small waiting room with a couch and some water/​tea. It wasn’t the main waiting area up front which was really nice.
I do definitely recommend coming here for a relaxing day. The ambiance is really relaxing and the staff were all so nice and friendly. My boyfriend really enjoyed it as well. We got a gift card for his mother for her birthday last year and she loved it!

Excellent experience today. Called last minute for a scalp massage because I had a migraine, they fit me in with Lisa and she did a great job. Also a nice bonus that they have a shower! Far exceeded my expectations of a strip-​mall spa. Thank you!

I absolutely love this spa. I have been coming here for close to a year for massages because of migraines. I only see Tony and he is awesome. I have seen a reduction in my migraines since seeing Tony. I highly recommend him if you are also suffering from migraines.

Just had the most relaxing body wrap with Lisa, who was willing to answer all my questions while providing a beautiful service. Would definitely come back.

I think the bad experiences have a valid point with this place. Lots of vacant businesses in the strip mall they are located in. Mall and parking lot not in the best condition. Convenience at the time was the only reason I went.

I’m not a «stop and chill out» kinda girl. I’m always running around doing errands or work or something to keep me busy. I get a little bored doing nothing. However, I’ve been getting burned out recently, so I slammed on the brakes and decided it was a good time to cash in on the gift certificate to Simply Beautiful that had been collecting dust. I’m so glad I did.
I called on Thursday night to make an appointment for Friday. Not sure they would be able to squeeze me in, but they did. My gift was good for a Swedish massage and pedicure. I could also get the manicure, but I bite my nails, so there would be nothing for them to do. I walked in and everything smelled… calming. I checked in and was led to the changing room where I put my clothes in a locker and put on a robe and slippers. Then I waited in a room with for chairs, very awkwardly since I was facing three other women who were either talking to each other or on their phones. I twiddled my thumbs until it was my turn for a massage.
My massage dude was Tony. As soon as he touched my back he could feel the tension in my muscles. Yeah, I was overdue for this. Throughout the massage, he was sure to ask if my muscles were feeling better, any problem areas, and if the pressure was okay. He even stretched me out, which I really needed. I could hear my bones cracking, in a good way. I felt super drowsy when he was done. Don’t know if I’ve ever been more relaxed.
After my massage, I put my clothes back on and went out into the main area for my pedicure. I’ve never had one so of course, idiot me wears Converse this day. Note to self: wear flip flops so you don’t mess up your pedi. Anyway, Megan, who did my pedi, was great. My fiancée likes to joke saying you need a power tool for my feet because they’re so bad. I’d like to proudly say she didn’t need one, but they did feel a million times softer. And I got a pretty nail color. She also let me take the super thin flip flop things they give you when you get your pedi because she saw my stupid Converse. Thank you, Megan.
I checked out and very awkwardly gave Megan a tip and one to the receptionist so she can give it to Tony. Really don’t know the proper etiquette there. Was I supposed to give it to him earlier? Probably, but I didn’t know what to put in my robe! Whatever. I had a great time, even though I’m awkward as hell. Definitely coming back for my day before the wedding pampering.

This place knows how to pamper. It does not matter if it is a facial, pedicure, or massage. You walk in there and you just feel the serenity overcome you. They have you change into a robe and slippers. You wait in a beautifully decorated loft space with refreshing and hydrating water and other good for your body snacks. The customer service is incredible. My two friends (they are sisters) had recommended this place and we all went together. It was an amazing experience and I hope to be back soon.

Went here today with a girlfriend to pamper ourselves while our husbands were at their fantasy football draft. It was just what the doctor ordered. I got the milk and honey manicure while my friend got a «simply beautiful» pedicure. My manicure made my hands feel super soft afterwards. The manicurist took her time and did a great job with the polish. My friend was also very happy with her pedicure.
I’d like to come back and try one of their massages or facials sometime soon.

Love this place. I go here to get my eyebrows tinted and waxed.
Jen does my eyebrows, and I look good for about 2 months.
The prices are reasonable, and the facilities are posh and comfortable.
The staff is fantastic. Every time I call, I get a friendly person on the phone, and when I arrive the receptionist is welcoming and attentive.

I was given a gift certificate for a pedicure here. I was feeling super stressed and felt like it was time to cash it in so I rushed from work for my appointment.
When I got to the spa, I was greeted by a very friendly woman. She gave me a tour (WOW– so beautifully decorated– I was so impressed) and took me to «the relaxation room». She got me hot water for tea and had me sit in the relaxation room which is comfortable, pretty, and had relaxing music playing. I loved it and needed it and it worked! I definitely started to relax right away– amazing! It was so nice to get to experience that even when I was just going for a pedicure and not a massage or other treatment.
My pedicure was great. She didn’t give a foot massage which I was surprised about, but I could tell she used better quality ingredients. Excellent massage chairs too! The spa was completely clean too. This is definitely the nicest spa I’ve been to and they had great customer service. I can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful little gem hidden in the Yorktown strip mall. Lovely colors and well-​appointed. As you enter there is a welcoming round seating area, the receptionist, and straight down a little nook with two manicure desks. The hallway leads you to the relaxation room and the treatment rooms.
I called in the morning and they were able to book me for a lunchtime basic manicure appointment. The basic mani runs $ 20 but I got $ 5off because I was a new customer. I relaxed and enjoyed myself.
Carrie (sp?) was attentive and professional. The manicure area was a little cramped, with not much to look at while you are enjoying your treatment, but the staff and lovely atmosphere full of laughter, jokes, and congenial conversation made more than up for it.
The staff works really hard to make sure you feel welcome and that they are as helpful as they can be. I heard a number of customers asking questions about products or nearby stores and the staff helped as much as possible.
They carry a variety of cosmetics and skincare products. The mani area has a great variety of Opi and Essie colors, including the latest color collections.
I shall be back!

This is «my» spa and the only place that I keep coming back to. They rarely have specials, but I do not mind paying their regular prices, because the services and the ambiance are so soothing.
This spa is very relaxing. The décor is beautiful, the staff professional and the rooms are well appointed. The Saturday receptionist (I’m so embarrassed for not knowing her name) is extremely friendly and accommodating. In fact, everyone is. They really take care of you.
I have tried all three massage therapists and Mary is the best for me. I like deep tissue massages and do not mind discomfort, as I always have very tense shoulders, and she definitely works out the tight muscles in my back. As far as the massage therapists and their style, here is what I have experienced: Tony provides a therapeutic experience along with stretching and moderate pressure; Estelle provides a basic relaxing massage leaning towards light pressure; Mary is great for people with chronic pain, as her massages are deep tissue and deep pressure.
I also had two facials there with Trish– both very relaxing and professional. I have sensitive skin and Trish always knows how to soothe it, so I never come out all red. And she always puts these warming gloves on your hands after massaging in lotion. I haven’t had a facial recently (thanks to a great product line I discovered), but I strongly recommend Trish. I also get my eyebrows waxed there once in a while and Trish does a really good job.
I have had a pedicure with Mary Kay and she’s very friendly. She helped me choose the service (you have got to try the milk & honey spa pedicure) that was best for me and I really enjoyed it.
Simply Beautiful is very clean, soothing and calming. Plus it is located in a quiet strip mall with plenty of parking.
