I don’t shop for awards often, nor do I find myself frequently needing to get something engraved; but in the rare occasion that I do, I will be sure to re-visit Angie to get the job done. Angie was very communicative with me and accommodating to my overly-perfectionist requests. She responded to emails within the hour and was able to provide me a very accurate ETA on when certain steps in the process would be completed. She also let me know that if I wasn’t able to make it by closing time(5PM) due to traffic, she would be willing to stay an extra hour for me to pick up my order. When I went to pick up my order, I noticed that there were some very small surface scratches and a few scuff marks that I couldn’t get out. These were very small aesthetic issues that are common when cutting brass plates and wouldn’t be an issue to most people. However, due to my need to have everything perfect, I kindly asked Angie to check it out and if possible, have it polished. She was immediate to tell me, «bring whichever ones you’re not happy with, and we will replace the entire plate.» Really wasn’t expecting that for such minor flaws, but I wasn’t about to say no to that. After about 15 minutes, out comes my new, spotless plates. The store can be a little difficult to find as it is tightly tucked away between a row of other establishments, you will most likely have to park in a separate lot around the area. Also, I did notice heavy amounts of dust on store counter-tops which probably should be cleaned. However, since I received great customer service and my awards came out looking great, I will find it in my heart to overlook these nuances.
