We were «in a jam» … one of our vertical blinds broke in our master bedroom on a Saturday. The BIG issue was that our 2 yr. old twin grand kiddies were visiting and napped in our bedroom because the blinds keep it dark.
I brought the blind here and Patty «cleared the decks» … somehow … she was able to have the blind repaired that day … so the naps would not be a problem.
WOW … what customer service! Other retail businesses could learn much about «the care and feeding» of customers and building customer loyalty here

I had a damaged window blind and needed to get it fixed. The slats would not open and close properly. I took it to Andersons Decorating Center and Patty replaced the damaged tilt screw assembly and my blinds work perfectly again. This is the second time I have had my blinds repaired there. Since I traveled from Culver City to Lomita Patty did the repair while I waited. Saving me a second trip to pick up the blinds after they were repaired if I had to leave them there over night. I was very impressed with the great customer service .
They also have a great assortment of decorating products and when I need an upgrade I will go there to replace them.

My husband and I recently completed a house remodel in Avalon on the island of Catalina. We used Anderson’s Decorating Center to do our window coverings throughout the house and chose Hunter Douglass Silhouettes. Louie Martinez, the owner of the business, was extremely helpful in all aspects of the job. He patiently assisted us in coming up with just the right window coverings for the house and our western sun exposure. He personally came to the island to measure every window, and followed up with the installation and and rechecking once the job was done. He’s recently helped us out over the phone to reprogram a shade that had lost its way (operator error on our part). Louie is very patient and knowledgable. We would highly recommend Anderson’s Decorating Center as well as Hunter Douglass.
