So happy with this company we found through Costco. From sales to installation, we had a great experience. Brian was highly professional and a pleasure to work with. Juan was meticulous and thorough. Always nice to have a contractor show up when they say they will. We love our wood floors! Highly recommend them.

Carpet Spectrum is another amazing company I found through Costco. All PRO! Brian came to the house and right away my wife and I knew we were in good hands. Brian had plenty of samples and clued us in to all the specifics for our needs. The installers were incredible. Juan treated my house like it was his own. With his expertise he knew exactly how to do things so that the floor would lay correctly. I couldn’t imagine any of these «one day» services ever having this type of experience and patience. I know it without Carpet Spectrum and Juan it would have been a nightmare.

11 years ago I used Carpet Spectrum when doing a major remodel of our new home. I visited several stores but went with Carpet Spectrum because of their selection and customer service. Flash forward to a month ago. We had a flood on our first floor that resulted in the flooring (laminate and carpet) needing to be replaced in several rooms. I didn’t hesitate and headed straight to Carpet Spectrum. Wilsonart no longer made the laminate we had used 11 years ago, so we couldn’t simply replace the damaged laminate with the same product. Jan was endlessly patient as she showed me what would best compliment the flooring that I wanted to save in the foyer, hallway, and kitchen. She let me take several samples home to show my husband. On my second visit, I brought my 77 year-​old mother, who is quite a character, and Jan showed us some more options as I hadn’t really fallen in love with the first set of samples. That day we hit a home-​run! The new laminate doesn’t compete with the original laminate and blends fairly seamlessly. Jan was very professional and never seemed to tire when I wanted to look at more options. She also has a great eye! The carpet she selected to coordinate with the laminate looks great. The color is perfect. It is also so soft that I invent reasons to walk into that room just to feel the carpet under my feet! Jan was also very conscious of budget and had directed us to their in-​stock selection of carpet, which was a very good value, especially for the quality of the carpet.
I also can’t say enough good things about the installers. Sergio did an amazing job installing the new carpet around our built-​ins in the office and even under our murphy bed. The gentlemen who installed the laminate were also wonderful. They worked quickly and efficiently and got done in time so that the contractor could re-​install my washer and dryer in the laundry room that same day. After 7 weeks without a working laundry room, the installers knew how desperate I was to be able to do laundry. I also want to give a shout-​out to Jason who did the measurements. He is very knowledgeable and I felt doubly confident in my selections after speaking to him. All in all, Carpet Spectrum was the easiest part of dealing with the aftermath of our little flood.

If you need help picking out the perfect flooring for your needs then you MUST go to Carpet Specturm! If it wasn’t for Jan and Jason I would still be without flooring. I was having a very hard time choosing which flooring I wanted and color. They made it easy for me and gave me great suggestions and ideas.
I can’t say enough about the installers. I had just painted my walls and was thinking I would have to do touch up once flooring was installed, no that didn’t happen they were very careful, clean, and professional. They arrived on-​time and went right to work and finished in half the time I thought they would.
If you have pets and are tired of the odor they leave behind then try the new waterproof, vinyl flooring that looks just like real wood. I put it in my living and dining rooms and just love it. Neighbors and friends have stopped by and can’t believe it when I tell them my floor is vinyl. It looks great and is so easy to clean. I just take a damp paper towel and wipe up any spills or accidents.
Carpet Spectrum has put flooring in my bathroom, kitchen, stairway, dining and living rooms. When it comes to new flooring I do not even think twice about where to go and shop. They are the best in town, you will not be dissatisfied!

Awesome. We went thru Costco as it was too difficult to evaluate the plethora of flooring vendors. Could not be happier. Brian was a consummate professional – was on-​time, very courteous, knowledgeable and super responsive.
We ended up visiting the showroom for our hardwood floors, which I highly recommend versus choosing from a small sample. There were other staff members who provided great suggestions which we went with.
It was nice not to haggle. Received a fair price upfront and that was it.
One of my initial concerns about the Costco process is we’d have to go back to Costco for any follow-​up service requirements. Turns out we were able to work directly with Brian and CS. We had a # of typical things to take care of. Brian and team were always very responsive and gave us no grief whatsoever and handled the customer service needs.
Floors look awesome as well!

Carpet Spectrum did an outstanding job in the installation of our specialized, custom– printed carpet for my business: Pinz Bowling Center. With 30,000 square feet and a custom designed carpet that required precision cutting, matching and installation, no other company could have done what Carpet Spectrum accomplished.
Their hard-​working team of installers worked all night-​long so as not to disturb our bowlers (and business) during the day. The crews were always on time and of the highest caliber.
We’ve called them back to do more work at our business and I am 100% confident that Carpet Spectrum will take great care of anyone’s home or business.

We found a beautiful hi-​end loop carpet for our bedrooms and hall from their extensive
overstock selection. It looks amazing and I believe was the icing on the cake when we recently put our house on the market which sold in 3 days.
The gentlemen who came to remove old carpet and install the new carpet need a big shout out too because the job was not an easy one. They took extra time to make it just perfect.
I adore Carpet Spectrum and if I was not moving away, would not go anywhere else!!!

Was at Costco and decided to get an estimate for replacing carpet in our upstairs loft. Carpet Spectrum sales representative Brian Hayman came to our residence and provided informed advice on all possible options. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and clearly knew his products. Based on our trust in Brian, we selected a hardwood laminate for installation. As promised, the installation crew arrived promptly and did an extraordinary job. They moved the heavy furniture, removed and disposed the old carpet, and then did a FABULOUS install of our new flooring. When finished, they did meticulous cleanup and answered all our questions on cleaning and floor care. They were simply the «BEST.»
Highly recommend Carpet Spectrum to anyone and everyone planning on having new carpet or hardwood flooring installed. You won’t be disappointed; they really do an incredible job!

I found them through Costco and they did a spectacular job! I got the highest end hardwood and carpeting in my place for ¹⁄₃ the price of other places.
The service was AMAZING! Jason was my salesperson and I knew after talking with him he knew his stuff and was there with any questions I had. Juan installed my flooring and Felipe did my carpeting both are true masters at doing it.

Wonderful! Everything was great about these guys. Brian came to us with samples. And sent samples of what we wanted to preview. They knew everything about the products. They worked with our schedule. Continually checked in with us on the progress and process. Said the work would only take two days and it did! When they pulled up the old floor and saw there was problems, they thought it would take 4 days. However, the installers got it done in the two days as promised with extra help and hard work. The installers and sales men had great customer service. The finished product looks great. The installation pattern and matching the grain was perfect. They did everything the sub-​flooring and base boards as well. I would recommend them to everyone. Price was great.

From the moment we met Jason Fromm, the owner, and through the entire installation process we were impressed. The owner is incredibly nice and really knows his products. The installers are very skilled as well as friendly. They were very cautious when moving furniture. Our install included both hardwood floors and carpet for approximately 2,100 square feet. We were promised the work would be completed in 5 days and it was. We are so happy with the end result and highly recommend Carpet Spectrum. I’ve already passed along their information to a relative. You will not be disappointed.

We love these guys! They had the lowest prices in town, and their service was excellent. I have used Them for both my condo and my home they showed up on time and the installers were very friendly and professional. I would definately use them again.

Had carpet installed into one room. Rest of home is wood. Installer scuffed my (new) wood floor in two places and a piece of furniture was damaged. Was told by owner, «Sorry, sometimes those things happened.» No credit, consideration, etc. Fail.

I cant say enough about these guys. They’ve done almost every room in my house, and they always do a great job. The sales people there really know floors. The last few times we’ve talked to Jason Fromm and hes been great and really taken care of us. But all the people there are nice and helpful.
They carry top of the line flooring and carpet, but also have lower end stuff if you need it. We have had them install hard wood floors, carpets and they always do a great job. Cost wise, they are competitive, but worth every penny.
If you are in the Torrance area and need flooring, hit these guys up, you will thank me!

Dropped into the store and loved their complete selection. Clean, well-​lit showroom. Mike was extremely helpful with all the questions he asked, such as «Do you have pets?» He recommended an excellent carpet within my price range. Sergio did an amazing job of laying the carpet. So glad I found this shop and I’d got there again without hesitation.

They installed tile in a couple of places in my home. Service was friendly, nice selection, and they did an excellent job with no surprises. Would definitely use them again.
