Dr. David C. Suh graduated from the University of Missouri Kansas-​City, School of Dentistry with the degree: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). He was selected as a top 10 clinician. His undergraduate training was completed at the University of Missouri Kansas-​City.

Dr. Suh served as a commander in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps for 10 years where he has received additional training in dental specialties. He was stationed with forward deployed aircraft carrier USS Independence (CV 62), Yokosuka, Japan. He was selected numerous awards throughout his naval career included Navy & Marine Commendation medals, Navy & Marine Achievement medals.

Dr. Suh was selected as an America’s Top Dentist in General Dentistry. He has received very prestige second place award from the Nobel Biocare World Conference «Creative Circle Award» where top clinicians around the world presents and competes for their expertise. Dr Suh and all his staff are very friendly, professional, and help you all they can. He treats you like a family member who needs his professional services. Appointments are very flexible and not a long wait for appointments at all. Never a long wait. He did such work that you won’t feel pain much at all and he constantly check with his patients. I recommended my relatives to have their dental services done at this office also.

Going to Dr. Suh is like going to an one stop shop for all dental services. My previous dentist could not perform root canal, so I was always sent to a specialist whenever I needed a root canal. However, Dr. Suh is different. His expertises exceeds any other dentists’ by far. His root canal skill was so perfect and thorough. I have also received a implant from him, and I know that there are not many good dentists who can perform implant. I’ve been always reluctant to go to a dentist because of the painful experiences such as getting pain killer shots and lack of consideration for patients. But I don’t have the fear any more with Dr. Suh. The focus of his treatment has been about prevention and proactive dental health. Last but not least, Dr Suh has such a great staff. Veronica, Sara and Julie, they are dynamic trio. I won’t be changing my dentist for a long time.

I used to be terrified of going to the dentist until i came to him. I had an extraction today and it went GREAT! Dr. David C. Suh is my favorite and i wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else.

Dr. Suh has been our family dentist for 3 years now. My son was only 5 years old and my daughter was 8 years old when we started. We had such bad experiences with children’s dentist in the past. (One dentist wrapped my son in a papoose and would not allow me to go into the room while he was screaming).
Dr. Suh is nothing like that. He is so good, gentle and patient with my children. He talks them through it. He waits it out if they get scared or nervous. He really cares about his patients’ teeth and health.
His office staff, Veronica and Sara, are also amazing. They spend time getting to know us and are so friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make, change and cancel appointments. It’s like a family atmosphere there and you feel like you are visiting your family.
My daughter also goes to Dr. Suh for her orthodontic work and we like that everything is under one roof.
I would highly recommend Dr. Suh’s office and services for all your dental need. You can’t go wrong.

I just want to say Dr. Suh is a friendly and a great dentist. He is taking care of all my dental needs specially with my implants. I can say I’m a very nervous and anxious patient when it comes to seeing a dentist. But for some reason I feel comfortable in this office. Maybe because everyone is very friendly, from the front office to the back office. Sarah at the front office always welcomes everyone with a smile. Julie the hygienist is very knowledgeable and friendly. Veronica the Dr. assistant seems to have a lot of experience. Veronica and Dr. Suh sure make a great team. Is fun coming to this office. I definitely recommend Dr. Suh to all my friends and family. So far I’ve been going to his office for the last 3 years and I will continue for many more years to come. If you’re looking for a dentist that really cares about all your dental needs and treats you the best, then you should definitely give him a call!

I have been going to this dentist for the past 3 years and I couldn’t ask for a better dentist. Dr. Suh is always very caring and informs me with what is best. He has worked with my braces and it is surprising at how great my smile is looking. Not only are his services great but his assistant is very kind and generous. Veronica knows how to treat the patients with respect and how to keep a good conversation going. Sarah, the front office lady, is another kind woman who welcomes me with a smile and always asks how I’ve been. Not only is Dr. Suh a great dentist but he has a great staff. I would most definitely recommend this office if one is interested.

I’ve been to many different dentists and by far my favorite! I was fortunate to come across this place when I was living in the apartments next door. The first visit is very thorough and Dr. Suh explains everything and even gives you some paperwork to take home and read, shows he actually cares. I just finished with my clear correct braces and I am super happy with the results! Sarah at the front desk is super friendly, along with all the other staff. Definitely recommend this dentist to everyone.

If you’re looking for an experienced dentist with a knowledgeable and responsive staff, look no further. Dr Suh and his team are first rate!
After 30 years of receiving dental care from numerous providers throughout the east coast, I was a bit apprehensive when looking for a dentist in LA. Luckily, my new primary care physician recommended Dr Suh. From initial telephone contact with his office manager to fitting my first oral appliance, I couldn’t have asked for more. His team exceeded every expectation with first class customer service.
Highly recommended and definitely a first choice if you’re looking for comprehensive dental care from a team that’s 100 percent customer focused.

I usually only use Unilocal for directions and tips but for Dr. Suh, I felt the need to post a review because he deserves high praise. He’s been my dentist for about 7 years and he’s always been great!
I recently had very severe pains on my teeth and needed attention asap. I called his personal number since the office was closed and he came to meet me at his office very quickly and took care of everything for me! I was really grateful that he took time out of his weekend for a single patient. I was very touched which led me to write this review.
I’ve gotten everything from invisalign, crownings, cleanings, etc. I used to have gaps between my teeth that I was very self-​conscious about and he recommended invisalign since I didn’t want to wear braces while going to college. Ever since, I always receive compliments about my straight, pearly teeth. He really does give great smiles.
From the years I’ve been going to him, I’ve never had a problem with billing as other reviews may have mentioned. He is a very kind, genuine doctor with a great personality and I know for a fact his patients are his top concern. He’s got a lot of regular patients that love him and that says a lot more than what the other reviews say.
I highly recommend him as someone who’s been his patient for 7 years!

Worst dentist ever! He is a dentist who seems to be more concerned with oral cancer. They have this oral cancer video showing over and over again in their waiting room. One has to question if he is in a dental office or an onconlogist office.
On top of that…
He is a rip-​off.
He recommended me an implant on my molar when another dentist had done with it A root canal and he was going to charge me an arm and a leg for it. Keeps sending me bills for service never rendered and when I confront the office secretary, she blames billing error, but this occurs frequently and the amount always inconsistent. Watch out for their billing practices… This should be a deal breaker in my book.
My neighbor’s kid sees him for the past 5 years or so for her braces. But the way it is dragging on she’d be lucky to have it removed by the time she gets out of high school, and she started when she was in elementary school! There is a reason why there are dentists and orthodontists. Stick with what you know and let the professionals do the ortho, why don’t you?

Best dentist I’ve ever been to! Highly recommend!
I’ve gotten all my wisdom teeth pulled from Dr. Suh and didn’t even have to go on vicodin. I had minimal puffiness in the cheeks and I went to work the next day. Dr. Suh has a lot of experience and is a great doctor. He cares for his patients and always tries for preventative care and plans on long-​term care with his patients.
I also got my invisalign done with him and it was great!

Well, this doctor is handsome and cute and caring. And he will give you a lot of notes to take care about your teeth at home too. But for me it was not the best experience. First of, they keep sending me a bill for some service I do not know about. I replied to it and they said they would stop it… now they keep sending me a smaller bill, but still doing so (so, expect billing issues and watch it).
Second, and most important to me (hence only 2 stars), is that he was trying to convince me that Invisalign would be perfect for me. I was disagree with this from the first time, and he did not want to listen to me, and he kept insisting that spending $ 5000 on this would make my smile perfect… Come on! — I went to 5 orthodontists and they all told me I need much more complicated treatment than this (including surgery!). Makes me questioning his qualification…
So, he may do a good job on your cavities, but not your smile. And watch his billing!
