It is extremely important to us that our customers make the best possible decisions to suit their unique style and project needs. We have extensive experience working with a wide variety of products and are authorized installers for Belgard Hardscapes, Orco Block Co., and Angelus Block Co.

We warranty all of our work from the ground up. Our company is determined to provide each customer with the highest quality work and materials. We hold a C-​29 (Masonry), D-06(Concrete Services), and C-​8 (Concrete) contractor’s license. We are also ICPI certified (Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute) and NCMA certified (National Concrete Masonry Association). Our foremen are certified in their related fields as well.

Andrew did some work in our backyard – tore down a wall then put in pavers (this is back in 2010) and put gravel in the back (in 2015: my dad is doing this in increments due to money). The pavers and planters he put down look great and seem to hold up to the test of time, they look just as good as the day he put them in. Andrew comes in and will work with you to create something unique and tone down as needed to fit a budget – he also seemed willing to use existing extra material my dad had in the backyard. My dad was on a budget (retired teacher), but some of the stuff he showed us is really cool: pool waterfalls, lava rock fire pits, and distressed wood. Great work.
P. S. Some of these 1 Star reviews seem a little suspect based off of our experience.

Andrew has just completed an extensive job for me that included patios, pool coping and decking, walkways, walls and stairs. I have dealt with contractors on a nearly constant basis for the past 2 years and none have come close to the quality of work, honesty or ease of getting the job done that I found with Element. I can recommend them without reservation and will be moving on with them to my next big project shortly. As an aside, I was stunned to see the negative comments posted recently (? on the same day,? in a writing style that appears similar) and can’t imagine these are honest appraisals of the same people I have working with.

I don’t know where to begin. I just want to protect anyone considering this company. It started out ok but has gone downhill. I think Andrew has a cash flow problem because he is always asking for money but it is not reasonable to be paid more than the work completed. He under bids and then once he has you, he adds more for this and more for that. He said he would be completely done last week but there is still work to be done and his crew did not even show up today. He has held my project up because the pool can not be installed until he is done. I would share my name but I am stuck. Save yourself from a miserable experience.

I called Elements Masonry and spoke with Martha to set up an appt on March 5 2014. She gave me an appt at 10 am with Andrew for March 19. 4 days before the appt, I called twice to confirm and no reply, though I left a message to be contacted. Called day before appt and Martha said it was on Andrew’s calendar. He was a no-​show and there was never any cancellation from this company – very unproessional and a waste of my time.

The folks from Element Construction replaced my aging, cracked, and dangerous asphalt parking area behind my garden office building (5 parking spaces) with all-​new concrete last week. The transformation was amazing, and the quality of the work is top notch. Instead of striping the spaces with white paint, I suggested placing ribbons of red brick (to match the construction of the building). Andrew and his crew provided a first-​rate result at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Andrew Aparicio and his crew are the bomb. After a six month search all over the South Bay I finally found an outstanding company to do my front yard concrete/​paving work. At first I thought this is too good to be true, nice guys, honest, fair price and they respond to phone calls and emails immediately. Okay how can this be possible? It is! Richard Ramirez, the company engineer guy came out to give me an estimate and it was outstanding customer service from the beginning until the end. I can’t say enough about the quality of workmanship and hard working crew. Talk about reliable! When they say they will be there at 8am they really mean 7:30am. My husband is very picky and is almost never satisfied, but with Element Construction he could find no fault. Our front yard looks beautiful and we are getting compliments from the whole neighborhood. These giys only use high quality matrials. They want to build their business on their reputation and on referrals so they are very customer service oriented. Thanks Andrew and Richard. You guys rock!
