STAY AWAY!
I took our Microsoft Surface here because it wouldn’t connect to our WiFi suddenly. This was after we tried a factory reset. They quickly diagnosed the issue as updates we weren’t getting notified and fixed it. So far so good right?
I pick it up and when I get in the car I see 2 stickers on my Surface. One is their internal tracking number and that comes off easily. The other is a metallic one that says «warranty void if removed». Since all they did was update software I begin to peel this off and see the words «void» staying on my machine! Not cool! So I look at the paperwork and it has a 3 day warranty on all work. This means I get a semi permanent sticker on my machine???
My wife calls to inquire and the guy tells her everyone gets one. She asks how to remove it and he says he doesn’t know. She says she’ll bring it in and he can remove it and he says «don’t come back». So I won’t. And I recommend no one else go here if you care about semi permanent stickers on you device.
The service was fast but the rude lack of customer service had me looking elsewhere for work in the future. STAY AWAY!

I was a repeat customer here, and as other customers have stated, it’s pretty ridiculous that you are charged $ 20 extra for giving them repeat business, not exactly the message of caring about their customers. The second time I went there I brought my desktop computer in. The computer was able to turn on, and was able to get into the browser. Although once in the browser it would freeze up and was not able to surf the internet. Their analysis was the motherboard was fried. I found that interesting since everything I have researched says if the motherboard is fried basically nothing will appear on the screen at all, and you are not able to perform any functions whatsoever. And of course the motherboard is the most expensive thing to replace. Wouldn’t trust these guys, buyer beware!

The screen on my iPad 2 was shattered. I dropped it off and three days later, picked it up good as new. Their price was reasonable as I had called other stores. They were courteous and professional. They called me on throughout the process to update me on parts, etc. I will go back to them with my PC laptop. It’ s nice to know there is a neighborhood business I can trust with my computer needs.

i had my xps 15z fixed there… they totally Messed up my Bezel screen. I looked up on youtube on how to properly take off the bezel and put it back in. which i should’ve done first. turns out i could have done it better myself. these people are supposed to be professional in repairing computer. they’re suppose to find the best way to resolve such problem, not the short cut. wasted my money. so dissapointed. i ended up buying a part myself and dealing this problem myself.

Wow!!! Woke up on Saturday and my computer wouldn’t turn on. I looked on
for a computer repair store and this was the only place near me that was open at 9 on a Saturday! It’s 945 and my computer is working again. THANK YOU! Thumbs up for this place

I’ve been going there for years and they have always taken care of me. Their changes are fair and reasonable for the work they’ve done. I can only assume that the people who left negative reviews had unreasonable expectations for what they would get for $ 39.95. Their store is clean and they know their stuff. Sometimes it gets busy later in the day but they do their best to take of their customers.

Great customer service I took my laptop in on Thursday they had it ready by Friday the went over all the drivers he power it up and show me all the updates I would definitely recommend friends and family thanks

Once upon a time my macbook pro recieved a message with a question mark and a folder blinking. I self diagnosed that it was the cable that was attached to the HDD and needed assistance in getting the part and installing the part. This store helped me out and was able to handle my dilemma within teo days. Diego, who was looking after my computer was more than helpful and kept up to date with what was going on. He was able to reinstall the OS. Not bad at all saved more money here than taking it into the apple store.

My laptop sound died one day & since I’m unemployed at the time I needed to find someplace that could fix it without being too expensive. I did a Google search & found «Fusion Computer Repair» in Lomita and their special $ 39.99 Labor offer so I took it there. All the staff there were very Friendly, Helpful & Knowledgeable. Not only did they fix My Sound problem overnight, they also fixed the Back Cover for my Screen. It had a crack on the upper side & on the bottom left where the hinge is had totally cracked & the hinge was mostly gone so I had to be very careful closing my computer. They suggested that I fix it since there was a chance that I could crack the Screen if I didn’t & since they gave me a discount price on the kit need to fix it (I do wish they could of cut Me a little more of a break $$, since I’m not working) but it was so Worth it, since now I have the piece of mine knowing my Screen is totally safe. I would Highly Recommended this Place to anyone needing any kind of Computer Repair.

Took my laptop there for service and the worker barely acknowledged me, he was too busy watching tv, not kidding. Got there 15 minutes before they open, but their door was open. The guy didn’t even say hi. Just said «whatever you have, just leave it on the counter». He turned back around and continued watching tv. Uhh, yeah, hell no. I told him that I’d like to talk to somebody about my laptop, and he said, «yeah, I’m not open yet».
No thanks. I’ll find anybody else, someone cool, and proud to be in Lomita.

The Squad has nothing on these guys. Fusions work is better, their attitude is much better than the Squad. And the repairs are done right, quickly and in-​house in their shop. Not sent out to who knows where. I was so impressed the first time that I used them, that I have taken several other units to them for repairs and upgrades.
I am now a loyal customer. To heck with the Squad!!!

this place not worth it. They try to rip the money off. be careful. Owner of this place big time liar and try to get your money. Do not trust this guys. IF you repair a computer/​laptop they add virus in there one/​two months limit and they make you go there again and buy antivirus or fix the pc again. Please don’t go this place, I would rather recommend to buy a new one but don’t waste your time and money

I waited for a year to write this review so I could evaluate with background. After 4 trips with different computers I was pleased with the honesty expertise and service. I recommend this shop with out qualification.

I came here to get my laptop screen replaced. Lowest price I found around for the repair. I only waited two days as where other places I was told a week. Staff is very friendly and informative. I definitely will come again in the future! Thanks again

Awesome Mac service. Other places told me my Mac laptop was done. they fixed my laptop and I needed my laptop same day no problem.

Warning to stay away from this shop. The service has gone down hill 8n the last few years and they are not reliable about diagnosing issues. Their staff is horrible at communication and they take 2−3x as long to just look at a computer as other companies.
I suggest taking your desktop or laptop to another repair shop if you want quality service.

Brent and his team are amazing ! My son needed a PC he could use for schoolwork and have fun gaming too… Brett built an awesome system for him and gave me an incredible deal and the best service ever. His team covered every detail and was friendly, knowledgeable and kept in contact with my son and I throughout the whole process… they are a great team… a class act… I am bringing my MAC BOOK there tomorrow to have them look at it… cant wait to go back ! thank you FUSION !!!

My original review was taken down. Not sure what happened to it. Let’s just put it this way, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We purchased the additional warranty and I just pray that I don’t have to take my computer back to them any time soon. Whatever the previous reviews are with one star, I totally agree with it
. Oh yes and if you are a repeat customer they penalize by charging you $ 20.00 more so, it is $ 59.95 not $ 39.95.

I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS
This is by far the WORST CUSTOMER I ever experienced in my life.
I took my HP Pavilion All-​in-​one desktop to this place for a cracked screen.
The crack was on the right corner of the computer and I but I could still see ²⁄₃ of the screen, other than that my computer was PERFECT. I still used it on a daily basis and it worked perfectly, I just wanted to be able to see movies full screen.
First problem: When I called Fusion Computer Repair they told me it should take about a week to get my problem fix, all they had to do was order the screen from a manufacturer and install it.
It took them 4 weeks to finally get the screen, every time I called them they told me the «manufacturer kept sending the wrong monitor». These people didn’t even bother calling me to give me an update on my computer, I had to do it constantly.
Second problem: I went to the store and paid a total of $ 282 for this repair and gave the computer a try at the store. Now the computer with the new screen shows red dots all over the screen, black colors don’t show well, now the computer is not running programs efficiently, I can’t even watch any videos, flash media, and programs CONSTANTLY CRASH!
I asked them how come the computer is not running well, then the asian guy tells me that I have a BAD MOTHERBOARD. Really?
The motherboard was fine when I took it to this place. Other than the cracked screen my computer worked perfectly, programs did not crash, I could watch videos, not even red dots were coming out with the cracked screen.
Then they were forcing me to pay $ 175 to fix the motherboard. I told them I was not going to pay for that because I’m 100% sure that motherboard was not in those conditions when I took it there so pretty much THEY MESSED IT UP so they should fix it.
When I made my complains immediately the asian guy and the white man started yelling and CURSED at me. They even kicked me out of the store.
Good thing I had my cell phone in my hand and I was able to record these people, unfortunately I’m unable to post it here due to «privacy concerns». But feel free to search for it on youtube.
The guy even called me threatning to sue me because I posted the video here. SMH.
It’s the information age and everybody should be informed of bad business like this one so thank God for Unilocal and social media.
Pretty much I took my fully functional computer for a cracked screen, now I got a disfunctional computer with all kinds of software issues.
