Mr. McCone has been practicing law in Southern California for almost two decades. During this time, James has had the good fortune to work for large law firms as well for himself as a sole practitioner. In both cases Jim has set himself apart as a talented and dedicated litigator. James has found the most satisfaction working closely with and successfully litigating for clients from all walks of life.

When Jim is not practicing law, you can find him on the local baseball or football field or at his son’s Boyscout meetings. If he’s not there, then you’ll find him at his daughters’ skating practice or softball games. Jim is an accomplished distance runner and triathlete, having completed dozens of ultramarathons and triathlons. Jim is also a talented and dedicated sailor, having sailed the southern pacific as a young man, he still races locally and completed Transpac in 2011.
