I went to get my rear tire replaced with a new one I bought and they wanted to charge $ 50 lmao what is with this guy? Really? Are you that dirt poor that have to do bad business with people? I said no thank you… I went to Moto Club di Santa Monica and it was $ 20.
Never coming back to this place, and my friends will know to stay away.

My chain busted on me near these guys on the 110. Not knowing the area very well I gave these guys a call after the towing guy gave me their name. Being a Saturday I wasn’t very hopeful on getting back on the road. Well, Jim tells me if I get there by three he can get a new chain installed. I got there by three and he got my chain installed. Unfortunately the broken chain caused other damage but Jim came through for me as promised. They were fast, friendly and priced right. They even went out of their way to help me find a way to get me and my bike back home. Thanks Jim and especially Mike!!!

what ill do is just run you through my short story on how i got husseled from these guys. So i brought my dirt bike tire in tk have it swapped for a pattle. I thought it would be a 10 min thing. seeing how i was the only game in town. No i was wrong i stood there in the rain for almost 45 min. now ok maybe that was my fault, but this is not my major gripe. My complaint is as my tire was getting changed out one of the techs walked over to me and said «hay i cant change out u
your tire because your tube is pinched.» Now for me i thought that was really funny seeing how i had just checked the tire pressure because i had someone pull a fast one on me like that before. So when i explaind that part to them they just replied well «By law we can’t return your tire back to you, but if you want we can sell you an intertube for 22 bucks and finish up your tire» now in all my experience in my past if the tech pops the tube they bite the coast. So i told them that was ok and i asked if i could just have my tire back. They replied «No by law we cant return you the tire either.» so doing my best to keep my cool i asked the famous question. So how much would it coast me to get my tire back. Now those must of been the majic work because he replied «lets see» so now after all said and done i was charged 15 bucks to have my tire returned to me. which seemed a little strange seeing how i was told the «by law they couldnt return my tire» So from me to you i would find some were else to go. unless you dont mind being husseled. Futhermore i went to go ask a friend of mine who is a paralegal if there is any such law, about they had told me. He just laughed and told me i got husseled. lol So hope this post helps you not get scammed.

Called and Spoke with Mike got a quote for a rear tire on my Harley Ultra. Went down there and BAMM! he did what he said and said what he did. All with a smile and I was in and out in record time. No drama and no problem. I am going to bring my dirt bike in next.

My experience after buying and having tires installed through the course of a years is they have been friendly and saved me a LOT of money over another quote I received. And they know tires better than the OTHER guy.

I’m a bit torn in how to rate this store. I don’t like misleading advertising, and would typically expect more of a discount from a place that has a huge «DISCOUNT» sign out front. Technically, they are a discount tire store, as they charge less than retail (according to Amazon prices). The tire was about 5% under retail pricing… maybe only 4%, as I haven’t done the math.
But they provide good service, and I haven’t had anything fall off. Friendly counts for something, and it’s fair pricing if not a deal.

If I could give a half of a star I would… owner says his business is tires and he has to make his money… okaaaay translation people I’m in business to tell customers one price and when they get down there it’s marked up and your choice is to kiss his ass and deal with it! Do yourselves a favor people do not patronage this business very bad customer service!!! I should have known when I saw they had only 8 reviews dumb me.

Horrible service… they could careless about client. Took rim to have tire swap and they stared at me as if I was an alien. Then go ahead and tells me it will be a few hours because they have other stuff to do. This is a little shop for tire swaps not a dealership or del amo… won’t get my money!

Called them on a Sat, and rode my bike in at 2:30pm. New tire installed in less than 20 minutes and best price in the Area. Taking my Bike here again. very happy.

Stopped by to get a quote on mounting two tires that I purchased online. I was shocked to find out they DO NOT mount tires purchased elsewhere unless I remove the wheels myself. Their explanation, with an attitude, was that it’s against their Insurance Policy.

Found a reputable MC shop in Long Beach willing to take my money with a smile.

NO SERVICE, really not sure why they are in business at all? Brought my bike over with the tire I had purchased somewhere else online and they would not service the bike if I did not buy the tire from them or go back home and take the tire off the bike myself and bring it back. Wow! And I thought I would let a «professional» handle the job, but to my surprise they are just armatures!

Been going to these guys for tires since I’ve owned my bike, which is usually twice a year. I went on my lunch hour today and was in and out and back to the office in about an hour with two new tires mounted and balanced. Jim always will point out things that need attention, like that I need new front brake pads and my front wheel bearings are going bad. Couldn’t sell me either item, just wanted me to know. Their prices are fair, not the cheapest around, but if there is a problem, I know where they’re at. The only thing they do is motorcycle tires and they do it well.

Went to the shop today to get a new tire for my Ducati. These guys are straight to the point, no bs, had the tire in stock, hooked me up in less than 15 minutes. Price was better than I expected. Happy!

Called the day prior to taking a new tire that needed to be mounted. They quoted me a lower price over the phone and when I showed up to have them mount the tire I was told it would be $ 40. I repeated what the guy had told me, «$ 40» cause I thought I had to have heard him wrong. I told him I called the day before and was quoted a lower price. His response was (with a little attitude), «That’s if you buy the tires from us». Really? Come on? I never asked for a price for a tire when I called, just mounting. That was fine with me, took my rim and business elsewhere. Got the tire mounted for basically nothing at cycle gear down the street. Employee had a great attitude at cycle gear and will get my return business and referrals. As MC tire works will not get any refferals or business from me.

What a great Shop no matter what kind of motorcycle you ride.

These guys were great! Just got back after having them put two new tires on my Daytona 675. Prices were good, they were quick, friendly, and extremely helpful. Helped with tire selection and didn’t feel pressured at all when shown different options. They even helped me out by letting me know my front brake pads were looking a bit low. Highly recommend them!
