We been use maxwell brother for many years good service they all way taking care my customers, very professional we all way satisfy with there job thanks maxwells filix green.

I couldn’t be happier with the service and finished hardwood floors I have had installed. I love the dark rich color that Lisa found for me! It came out beautifully! My guest have been asking who did my floors. I would recommend them to anyone with hardwood flooring needs. I will bring them my future business.

Update to my previous review. Still to this day our Carpet Maxwell Bros installed is awful and Dangerous !!!
4 bedrooms + stairs for $ 4500)… Is awful. You can see every seam in installation… but worse of all the tack strips used come through carpet and puncture feet. My child, wife, dogs and myself have all been injured by the tack strips.
The only way to fix is to rip out all the carpet and re-​install the correct way. No way Maxwell Bros is going to do that !!!

We were referred by State Farm to their preferred vendor and have had a horrible experience with the insurance company and Maxwell Bros. They sold us on a floor that began cracking in half after 5 months, damaged the floor while installing the dishwasher and had to refinish the entire floor because their retouches were horrible. Now the finish has begun to peel, another board in cracking and I can count 20 brush hairs in the finish. When State Farm did not want to pay additional money to have a third party contractor resend and finish, Felix did not want to pay or call us again. I guess now it’s our problem. What a bunch of amateurs.

I have used Maxwell Brothers Flooring many times over the past 15 years to completely remodel my floors, changing tile floors to hard wood and replacing old carpeting with new. Every step of the process, from selection to installation, has always been a smooth and easy experience, and my floors look fantastic. I recommend them to friends and associates frequently and they have never let me or my referrals down. They are true professionals and they stand by their work. Everything is guaranteed and I have seen them replace work that was unsatisfactory. You can’t ask for more than that. And of course, they offer many convenient financing options. I won’t go anywhere else.

Maxwell Brothers came to me as a referral from several families that go to the same elementary school as my son does. I wanted to get approximately 2500 sq feet of existing hardwood flooring refinished and stained a dark walnut (from light blond?) before the Labor Day Holiday when I was hosting a 125+ people for a wedding reception. Well, can I just say Felix and his guys bent over backwards to get in and out in a timely manner and most importantly they used a dustless system to all but eliminate any (very minimal) debris. They provided me with several boards custom stained with a selection of color choices which made me very secure in the color choice we ended up with. They made some repairs (pet stains) and blended the new boards to be seamless. This was over and above the quote which was, I will say, not the least expensive of the 4 we received… but I can vehemently attest, you do get what you pay for and these guys are PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, and TIDY which made the choice to use MAXWELL Brothers/​Flooring America again, a painless one. I will definitely use them to do my bathrooms in tile in this fall you can bet!
PS: The Reception was an absolute triumph and my gorgeous floors almost outshone the beautiful Bride.

I was referred by my co-​worker who was very happy with your service, and I have to say I am also a happy customer who will definitely refer this service.
I needed to have my hardwood refinished in one of my bedrooms, and I was worried about the pet stains in the carpet damaging the wood underneath, and was also weary of the messy dust that might result from the work, as my whole family is extremely allergic. But the guys did an amazing job getting rid of the stains, and all the while keeping my house very clean and mess free. The professional craftman-​type work of the workers and the friendly prompt service of Lisa answering all of my questions, made this whole experience stress-​free and satisfying. I will definitely be coming back whenever I need any floorwork done.
