Lived here for about 2 years. Pool is not maintained very well. On site gym has a lot of broken equipment since the day I moved in. While I lived here there were 3 break ins, 1 car got stolen from inside the parking garage and my son’s bike got stolen from the community bike area. No security equipment so nothing was ever found. Cops have been called to this building a few times. 1 lady overdosed on pills, 1 girl was resisting arrest and was clearly on drugs, and a drunk Tennant knocked on a few doors looking for drugs. Landlord deleted all the codes for the security gate so if you forget your key when you take your dog out you’re screwed. This was the worst apt building I’ve ever lived in and all of the tenants that I’ve talked to feel the same way. Most tenants only Stay for a year or 2 at most. Do yourself a favor and forget this place. Over 1500 $ for a 2 bedroom apt is high enough without the drama. Definitely not worth it.
