Jennifer Pensabene – Ciao Bella Spa

My experience with Jennifer was not a good one. I needed a hair cut and a new hair dresser. The day of my appointment Jennifer was about 20 minutes late. I thought about walking out, but I need a cut badly. She walked in with grocery bags. Not good. She asked if I needed a wash. I always got one with all my past hairdressers. My hair cut took all but 15 minutes. She apologized for my short hair drying before she could blow dry it. Ummm, I guess she never heard of a spray bottle. Needless to say, she barely used the hair dryer. My hair was lopsided and looked chopped. It was so short I couldn’t grab the sides over my ears. The picture I took was there open for reference. Not even close. I don’t expect an exact copy of the picture, but it was down right BAD. Sorry Jennifer, never again.

She will transform any hair mishap into beauty!!! She has been doing my hair for ?? too many years to count now and I will never go anywhere else!

I was nervous to get my hair bleached again because others had messed it up. Jenn was fantastic! She was confident and never let my worries get to her. Even though I had several questions and asked them a bunch of times over. She never faltered. My hair came out wonderful white! As asked! So glad to have found a little place in this town!

Fantastic at both cut and color and gives me EXACTLY what I ask for every time I go. She also manages to lighten your hair without frying it and really knows her color theory. She doesn’t guess at what a color will do, she knows. I am very picky with my hair and am so glad to have found her first when moving to the area.
