What a horrible experience at this gangster store. The mechanics working on my car were very inexperienced and not helpful at all. I had my car there to change some parts. They ended up damaging my car’s sensor and the warning lights on the dashboard came on. They called me and said the job was done. I wonder why they did a test drive and Didnt notify me of the warning lights. They were probably trying to conceal something. The mechanics didnt know why those lights were on suddenly after they replaced the parts. They said they needed to do some *research* online. Sigh. If you do research then that means you have never done this kind of job before. They claimed they didnt know what the cause of the problem is and said the job has already been done. And if need further investigation, they would need to charge for their time. The owner Don Pommerville came and he was the most horrid person. He drives a motorcycle and is a very unrespectful, unpolite, aggressive person. He ruined my day and my beloved car. I would never go to Pommerville in Lompoc again. It’s all a scam. They seem to like to experiment customers stuff and claim the need more fees to do investigation into what they blew up. You’d be better of bringing your car to the bigger stores.

We have been using Pommerville’s for years. You won’t find the service they give you anywhere else in the area. They pump your gas, check your oil, wash your windows and all with a smile. Whenever I have to leave town, I drive to their service area and ask them to check my tires for me without any notice, and of course they do without hesitation. Thanks for keeping the service top-​notch!

Super Fast Smog check! I drove right up and they greeted me with a smile. I sat in the shade and drank a soda while my car was quickly smogged. The owner even tried to save me money by verifying if I truly needed to get my vehicle smogged before the sale. He also cracked a joke about keeping my soda tab open. Great spot in Lompoc. I will definitely be back :)

We came here first needing U-​haul assistance several months back and the young guy was extremely helpful, very nice and polite.
Not fancy but you can get all the basics here.
We came back because tonight they had the lowest gas prices around.

Miguel and Javier are the best!!! If you ever need to rent a Uhaul I totally recommend this place!

Terrible attitude with the kid at the counter. Unwilling to help me, an elderly customer with physical disabilities. Never going to use their services again.

What a nice group of folks. I stopped in last Saturday because I needed my hitch adjusted. it was an easy job and only required about 5 mins on an impact wrench to tighten 3 bolts. They did the work for me quickly, and didn’t even charge me :).

Great service station, we usually get our oil changes and such here, the staff are all very professional and courteous and you’ll get better/​more honest service (IMO) here than you would at a place like Jiffy Lube.
In addition, gas prices are pretty cheap now, and they’ll even pump your gas for you here if you want them too. And it’s all locally owned and operated so it’s good to support a locally owned business as well.

Service is great and gas is inexpensive! Its a perfect combo! I try to fill up here everytime I need gasoline!

Great service, fast service, HONEST service. Love this place for more than one reason. So glad I came here.
