Been to many gyms in my time in the AF, and comparatively, these facilities are exceptionally terrible. I don’t know how to leave less than a star but I would if I could.

Speaking as someone who lives in LA during the week, but visits Lompoc in the weekends, this gym is awesome. On the weekends it’s never crowded, and the equipment is new and nice. BYO towels and water, and enjoy this great place to work out!

New updated equipment where you can get the best workout. Staff is on hand to train u on the equipment if needed. Indoor basketball court, jamba juice, and massage services available within the gym.

To say this gym is a waste of time might be an overstatement, but from the many times I’ve come here, trying to get in a workout, it seems to hold true more often than not. From faulty equipment, cramped conditions, encrusted shower heads, and now practice evacuations; I seem to get more and more agitated when I come here. Agitation is what most people, including myself, try to relieve when working out. This gym is lucky it depends on tax dollars to stay open. If it were a commercial business, I’d make it my mission to see it go out of business.

I just don’t like the fact that the weight room and cardio room are all together. There’s no organization, it’s madness!

Step on the sticky mats before walking onto basketball courts and weight room. New facility with decent equipment and locker rooms. There’s a Jamba Juice inside. Rarely do I have to wait for equipment.
