Honey Dew

Good food — really inconsistent service but mostly on the bad side.
I have probably gone there about 20 over the past 2 – 3 years They have messed up my order 7 times –probably would have been more if I didn’t see them grab rondo the wrong thing while they were fulfilling my order.
One time they gave me jelly donuts instead of powered sugar and then when I went back in to have it fixed they insisted I ordered them (which no one is my family likes jelly donuts– yuck) but then switched them out when I persisted that I asked for a different kind. The really bad service that made me not go back since it happened 3 months ago was I was in the drive through line and asked for a smoothie which was advertised on there drive thru sign — they stated we don’t make those any more — okay w/​e — so then i asked what juice they sell since it was also on their sign for my kid — the drive thru lady then said in a rude & annoyed voice «we don’t do juices since this is a gas station, so you can to get out of you car and buy it from them if you want juice» — my response «I’m sorry I was bothering you by ordering something on your honey dew sign — if you don’t want people to ask for it maybe you should fix your sign before you get annoyed at a person for asking for something on the sign «and drove off. I don’t get easily offended but it was the tone and early in the morning.
Overall Most of the workers are very Rude and act like you are inconveniencing them I making them do their job.
One good experience I had here was the older lady worker that smiles when they ran out of my favorite donut any powdered sugar which is hard to find these days and she went back and made me one by rowing appointment and it was nice that she went out of her way. But most of the time it’s not service with a smile here — you are better of going down to dunks if you want a friendly face & service.
Corn & apple cinnamon muffins are good and the donuts are cinnamon sugar and powdered sugar are good.

Service is slow and they seem confused every time. Only been there four times and only bought something twice due to these issues. Coffee is very weak. My neighbor prefers honey dew coffee to Dunkin Donuts.

Inside the Shell Station (Tedeschi), the coffee at this location is okay (not too strong). The donuts are on the caky side and the pistacho muffin is very good.
