Main Event Disc Jockey Service entertains in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine and other New England locations. Entertaining and Djing at wedding receptions, corporate events, anniversary parties, birthday parties, school events, theme parties, fundraisers and more. Our goal is to make your event so memorable you and your guests will always look back and smile. We do this by tailoring each event to the client’s wishes and tastes. We can be interactive, using props, games, icebreakers, and line dances. Or we can just let our creative music sets energize your event. We will jumpstart the celebration.

Each DJ’s extensive music library spans all mainstream music categories and over 5 decades of the worlds most loved and admired songs. We are constantly updating our music library, staying on top of the current trends. Not only do we keep our music library fresh and up to date, we also keep our interactive repertoire changing and evolving with the times.

Equipment and Appearance

Our DJs use professional sound systems enclosed in custom-​built soundstages to ensure the highest quality sound and a polished professional appearance. Our professional speakers project crystal clear sound at any level and our lightshows will enhance the party atmosphere at no extra charge! Every DJ is always dressed in a tuxedo for weddings and black tie events and suits for Anniversary, Birthdays, and corporate events.

History

Established in 1997.

Main Event Entertainment was founded by DJ Joey Dion in 1997. Back then, we had one DJ — Joey. His talent is so amazing and he became so popular our phone was ringing off the hook! So we started to add DJs one at a time, extensively trained by Joey so their level of performance is similar to his. Now, in 2015 we have 14 top notch DJs, PhotoBooths, UpLighting, Ceremony Musicians, and Justice of the Peace. We absolutely love working with our clients on their special events, paying attention to every detail and making sure that everyone has the time of their life!

His electric personality and abundance of energy is so contagious that your party will take on a life of its own! He will deliver any level of entertainment you are looking for. You may want a laid back approach with incredible music sets and beat mixing to energize your event. If props, dances, and costumes are your thing, he has an abundance of fun up his sleeves. Joey will tailor your event to be just what you are looking for.

No matter what type of crowd, large, small, any combination of age groups or ethnic backgrounds, Joey easily connects with the crowd.
