Our tax services inclcude preparation of income tax returns for individuals, trusts, partnerships, LLC’s, corporations and non-​profits organizations. Our accounting services include complete bookkeeping and payroll services as well as preparation of financial statements including compilations, reviews and audits. We will also IRS representation.

We will work with you to manage every aspect of your accounting and taxation needs.

Each of our staff have over 20 years of experience in public accounting, tax preparation, and finanical services.

History

Established in 2002.

Mulrennan, Rugg & Co., PC began business in 2002 when its owners Jim Mulrennan and Pam Rugg bought the existing business from James Mulrennan & Company, of which they were also part owners with Jim’s father. Jim and Pam each have over 25 years of experince in public accounting. Pam is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Jim M.

Business Owner

Jim has over 20 years of public accounting experience. He attended Franklin Pierce University, Bachelor of Science — Accounting, magma cum laud. He is also a member of the AICPA and a member of Board of Trustees Pinkerton Academy, Derry, NH.

Pam has over 25 years of public accounting experience. She attended Merrimack College, Bachelor of Science-​Business Administration. She is a member of the NH Society of Cerfified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
