Bellagio Nails Spa

This is just an update but it’s not Belago nails it’s under new management AGAIN… it’s Pleasure nails now… something very strange is going on with this business? However, for $ 20 they give you a great spa pedicure but be sure to call ahead to book your appointment!
For over 4 months this place has been having ownership issues & at one point I was told by Susan everyone got fired but Cindy the owner. So, they really didn’t have much of a staff at all or hardly any customers. Then, suddenly Cindy left & the business changed to «pleasure nails «& the staff is back as well as the customers but no Cindy or Susan. .strange right?

It’s ok… kinda pricey, felt rushed, super noisey. Went with a friend and they were great tull she pulled out a coupon then I felt like they short changed things.

A friend told me she liked this place so I took her for a Pedi for her birthday in August. Her experience was fine, but the gentleman who did my pedicure definitley couldn’t have cared less about me as a customer or the job he was doing. First, it took me asking 4 times to get a remote for the massage chair I was in. Finally. another employee provided one. Then, he was more concerned about getting out of work and on to his Saturday night. He rushed throught the pedi and then had the audacity to start sweeping the floor towards me with dirt and dust hitting me. He just looked at me complacently.
Much to my chagrin, my pedi was completed alot sooner and less attractive than that of my friend.
I decided before I write a bad review, I would give the owner the benefit of the doubt. I spoke with Cindy, she apologized and asked us to come back so we can «recreate the experience» and enjoy it. I made an appointment for a Saturday in October with the receptionist explaining the situation and hoped this experience would be better.
Well, I showed up … lo an behold, no appointments were made and they didn’t have appointments avaialble until much later that afternoon. To say the least, I was extremely dissapointed and upset since I was going to Hawaii in a few days and really was looking forward to this. The employees just stood there and stared like deer in the headlights. I left and went somewhere else where my business was appreciated.
Needlesstodsay, I never heard from anyone there since and would not recommend this establishment. Lazy employees, people who don’t do what they say they will and uncaring owners do NOT add up to good service and loyal customers.

Used to be my favorite nail salon! Completely different experience this time under new management. Will never go back! Horrible customer service and terrible nail technicians, complete waste of money! Do not go!

I needed a mani/​pedi for my wedding and was impressed with the customer service and work that I had at Bellagio’s. Cindy did a great job on my shellac manicure! I will definitely be back. Thank you so much Cindy!

This has got to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced getting my nails done. I went into the salon on Thursday and asked for a manicure (gel) and a pedicure. Well I was told by Susan they couldn’t take care of me for as they had to fire all of there techs and they would be happy to take care of me tomorrow if I’d like to make an appointment. OK I thought so I proceeded to make an appointment for Friday @ 12 noon. I showed up at 11:55 AM and was asked to pick a color. They had (3) people working and the tech that was to do my manicure was told I was there, she was still doing someone else’s nails. So I waited until 12:15 PM and I walked out. As I walked out for the second time now Susan comes to the door and asks me where I’ am going and I had to tell her well when you make an appointment its for a reason I didn’t and don’t have time to wait around until you and your nail salon figure things out. GOOD LUCK. Will never come back.

Best pedicure ever. Clean and indulgent. I felt pampered. Wonderful experience. Good price. Come here. You will love it.

8/12/2014**********Not sure what’s going on. Called many times to make an appointment for a re-​base and was told to call back as the owner had the appointment book and so they couldn’t schedule. Tried again today, and I’m out of luck I’m told to call back again. I have to go else where in the neighborhood. Oh well, there’s a nail salon on every corner!

Had a new set of nails put on by a young guy. His method was far different than any other I have experienced in the past. I would rate the end result as a 2 out of 10. So will be going to my regular place in Highlands Ranch today to get the job repaired as best as they can at this point, but afraid I will have to wait another 2 weeks to have my nails look somewhat normal. Would never go back!

Today is a perfect day to come to the Bellagio nail spa they are celebrating mothers and moms and they have incredible food to enjoy while you get a pedicure and some great personal gifts for their customers the atmosphere is very relaxing and spoiling this pedicure I got was incredible!

Been coming here for years. These girls rock, they are friendly, the place is comfy, clean and quiet.
Pedicures are so enjoyable and they always do a great job on my fingers and toes! The price is right and they have a punch card, love!

Best place I have been and will be coming back!!! I got a mani and pedi and both people who worked on me took their time and made sure Everything was perfect. Amazing massage! Upgraded interior! Reward system! Would highly recommend!

By far one of THE best around town. I would give 5 stars but I did feel a bit rushed. I enjoy the papmpered feeling when I go to salons but this lacked that approach. Otherwise the quality itself was on point. I also had an underarm wax which was the average price. The salon is clean & certainly feels higher end.

I wrote a review earlier this week, because I had a poor experience. While my experience was true, the manager went above and beyond with customer service. Cindy not only gave my mom and me a full refund, she also gave us vouchers to return. We all have bad days and her sincere efforts are greatly appreciated.

I love this nail salon! They are nice and do a great job. Alley is my favorite! She has a great attention to detail. This salon is highly recommended!

This is the only nail salon I go too. And by far the best one I’ve been too. Not only are the staff polite and helpful they all do an amazing job. I love coming here. It’s very welcoming. Cindy is my favorite! She is always full of surprises! She does a fantastic job!

Tried this nail salon based on the reviews on here and once we got in the middle of our pedicures we opted to not get our manicures due to how horrible the service was. There is no massage and the girl who did my pedicure cut me and instead of acknowledging it she took glue and glued it so it wouldn’t bleed. NOT OKAY! I am so bummed my mom and I went to relax while she was in town and instead we got treated horribly and the service was astounding. Please don’t waste your money on this place :)

I got a Shellac mani today with a Groupon. The mani was GREAT! Kathy was the technician. I have bought Groupons for manicures at other places in the past and the technicians just apply the shellac and that’s it. But, Kathy did it all– cuticles, double checking her work, and a great hand & arm massage. The décor and lighting is a bit sparse but the quality of work is high.

HANDS DOWN BEST NAIL PLACE IN THE AREA.
They actually use CLEAN tools on everyone that walks in the door. IMAGINE THAT! They are very nice, They take their time and do a great job. Best Shallec nails I have gotten. After wasting too much time/​money (not to mention my health) at magic nails I am SO happy I found this right across the street. I think the bad reviews here are from the other nail salons in the area; because the only problem I ever have had with this salon is the wait time sometimes is a little long, even with an appointment.

I am honestly shocked at the bad reviews this nail salon as gotten. I made my first appointment through the Denver perks deal I got. I got Christina as my technician and she was so nice. We talked the entire time and I felt so comfortable. This was THE BEST Shellac I have ever had. She did such good work and paid close attention to her work. My shellac has lasted 3 weeks. I already made my second appointment. I have been searching for a good salon in the area and I have found it.
Not only was my nail tech. happy and joy to talk to, but she praised the new management. When management treats the employees well, it shows. The new management is also remodeling. They recently finished painting the inside and they are getting new flooring.
They also had a cute mini-​pedicure chair for the kiddo’s. I cant wait to take my niece here.
