Cayde specializes in staging homes so that they will sell faster and for a higher value in Colorado’s unpredictable real estate market. We have a proven track record and most homes that we stage sell at the open house or within thirty days.

Our process is easy! Our staging professionals first evaluate your home and decide what furnishings and accessories will be needed to best compliment your space that best fits into your budget. Then they select the most current furnishings and décor so that potential buyers will fall in love! Next our warehouse’s white glove delivery service will deliver the items rented for your space and your stager will make your home beautiful. Once your home sells or when you choose to end your rental, your stager will pack everything up and the delivery service will pick it up. It’s so easy because Cayde does all of the work for you!

History

Established in 2008.

Cayde was created by Interior Designer Ann Marie McDonnell to assist people in achieving their goals to make their spaces function well while looking beautiful. Over the years it has evolved into so much more! While Cayde still offers Interior Design and Professional Organizing services, Staging has become our primary focus due to the demand from the exciting real estate market that Colorado is so well known for!

Business Owner

As a child I was naturally drawn to beautiful architecture and design! I began my career in 1992 as a visual merchandiser where my eye was trained to create visually appealing displays that drew in the shopper’s eye and generated higher sales. Turns out that I was really good at it so I decided to attend school for Interior Design at The Art Institute. Combining my design education with my years of hands on training to stage homes just made sense!

Unlike creating a space for living, the purpose of staging vacant homes is to create space that a potential buyer will visually find pleasing and to help them understand how a space could function. I do this by choosing furniture, art and accessories that best flatter the space and that highlight the best features and I use colors that will look amazing in the photographs to draw in potential buyers. I work with homeowners and realtors and would love to be your go to professional!
