I had a wonderful experience here! I wanted a necklace repaired before going out of town and unfortunately it wasn’t a really easy task. The chain had to be ordered and was not in stock. They came up with a clever solution to get it done. It took a while and I had to pick it up on my way to the airport with my young kiddos, and they allowed me to pay over the phone and their sweet employee from Fort Worth actually met me outside the mall to give me my necklace so I didn’t have to unbuckle and rebuckle and drag my kids in and out of the mall. They could not have been better or more kind and helpful getting my piece repaired and me on my way. Thanks a million!

The trouble with Fast-​Fix is the prices. $ 30 for a watch battery and that does not include lifetime changes or anything like that. Go to Jared’s across the street from the mall, $ 10 for the same service or $ 20 for a lifetime battery. That’s actually exactly what I went to do and I did try several places before going to Fast-​Fix. The problem I ran into everywhere else is that this particular watch is over sized and nobody else had a tool big enough to break it open. This is where Fast-​Fix comes in, the were able to handle the size of it without a problem and there are no scratches on the case indicating the may have struggled with it. It took them about 30 minutes which doesn’t bother me because I was able to wander the mall. I would go back again, but only after trying several other places first due to the price point.

I’m all for making a few bucks when you work really hard. I’m also aware that manual labor cost a pretty penny.
I’ll tell you how much I paid to have a band for my Apple Watch adjusted to fit my wrist. $ 20 –that is with a Macy’s discount. You have to get a piece of paper from Macy’s. I think it’s a 10% discount?
Half hour wait. Very professional lady at the register. They will text you when they’re done if you prefer to wait and kill your time at the mall. Location: Head towards Dillard’s if you’re coming from Nordstrom and before you reach it make a left. It is on your right side.
So I’ll let you decide if this place is worth your time and parting with your hard earned money.
To me it was at the time I needed this job done. I feel that they’re trustworthy. Although my band was finalized with the band placed the wrong way. No biggie it was a simple fix at home.
Pretty stiff charge. $ 10 would’ve been proper and easier to accept. So three stars for the charge and about four stars for the job and minus one star for finishing the job wrong.

I would never take a watch to this place even for a battery not to mention a expensive watch. These are mall employees who have no idea what they are doing.
Take your watch even for batteries to a reputable watch repair facility in town not here.

The staff are so friendly and helpful at Fast Fix. The only unfortunate thing about this visit is that we had to wait 30 minutes for my watch so we risked people actually seeing us eat at Cheesecake Factory… seriously though they were very helpful with adding some links to my watch even though we didn’t purchase it from them. Even though it was $ 40, we received 10% off because we were referred to them by JC Penney and that $ 40 covers lifetime adjustments so if I get fatter or lose weight, I’m going back in there for a free link removal or addition… so I’ve got that going for me, which is nice! Love this place and will go there for anything I need. My wife got some sweet silver cleaner for like 7 bucks… Can’t beat it and ain’t gonna try!

Do not come here for your cell phone needs! Dropped my cell phone, on April 28, 2015, Tuesday, went to this place bc they said they can fix it. Cost me $ 74.95 for the screen to be replaced, the lady checked the phone and the buttons and everything was working just fine, than I went back in after 45 min. (they said it would be done in 30.) to be told that the camera/​peroxcimity cable (that is what he put on the receipt), is damage and the wire to the camera and data does not work. It will cost me another $ 45.00 told me it would be a week to get the phone back or I can pay an extra $ 15 to get it over night & he’ll have it fix on Thursday and it will be done at 11:00 am. Came in at 4:00 pm to pick up my phone & it was not done & the guy, Tom was not even there. The lady had to call him to see what happened and he said he had car issue & couldn’t come in. It would have been nice for someone to call me to let me know but again, the people in the store did not know what happen to him since the lady was surprise to see the phone was not fixed.
My phone was working perfectly fine before going in there, only issue was the cracks and pieces of the screen missing but it still work, now I have no phone that works, had to pay more than what they said and they couldn’t get it fix and done when they said it would.
Moral of the story, do not go here for your cell phone needs! Let’s see if they will be done with my cell phone on time and hopefully, it will work

Picked up the phone that Friday. They did not charge me the camera/​peroxcimity cable. Which was very nice of them. The store made it up for the whole mess. A month later, the phone still works, have not had any issues. Thank you Fast Fix.
I do agree with some of the other reviews, the store does charge a lot. After I dropped off the phone and left it for those days, I started looking around and asking around for other places to see what they charge. Most places charge around $ 60. I was in a bind & you guys were in the mail.

We had a broken nose piece on a pair of glasses. Since we didn’t have a backup pair of glasses we needed the repair done quickly. They completed the repair and had the glasses waiting for us. The repair job was excellent!

That’s more than half the cost of the watch for something the size of a pin!!!
That’s what you call ROBBERY!
Absolutely the worst price I’ve ever paid for a good in my entire life!
Since I’ve found 20 ways to purchase something like this myself at 7 – 10 $.
Only reason I used your service was convenience. Wow!!!

Charge way too much 30.00 to put in a 3.00 battery. My watch has a cover over the battery and you have to short 2 points so I did not want to bother with it. Went to a different local watch shop today 15 bucks cleaned sealed and working fine.

One and a half years ago I had my Ebel watch fixed by Fast Fix… It did take three months but was half the cost of the factory estimate… The watch came back to me perfect… I had the battery changed last week at Fast Fix … No other jewelry store would change the battery for fear of the crystal in the watch… Fast Fix did the job in less than 45 min. Just the tone of voice that I was «greeted» with told me I was in the wrong place. While shopping at Park Meadows I noticed my watch had stopped and needed a new battery. Looked in the directory and found this place, I didn’t check the reviews on Unilocal then…
So I go get an estimate and they try to sell me a lifetime warranty on a battery. (Outrageously expensive! $ 89.95) Coldest approach, just reciting the sales pitch.
That is not customer service, that is just trying to make sure you are able to pay your rent.
Hard to believe they are running a business.

I wish I could give zero stars. I read the bad reviews but it was the closest place and the last reviewer said they were good. Well the last reviewer was wrong and all the others were right. They are a ripoff. Needed a pin replaced in my watch band they wanted $ 24.95. I thought they were kidding. They weren’t. I left, saw there was a 5 star review for Nu Way Watch Repair. Drove there and the minute I walked in I knew I was in the right place by the way I was greeted. They did it for $ 5. Read my review for Nu Way.

I don’t know why this place got such bad reviews, I had the best possible experience there. I went in last week on a Friday night and was hoping to drop off my charm bracelet to have a charm removed. We were promptly greeted and I explained that I no longer wanted to have a specific charm on the bracelet. The staff had me lay it out on the velvet pad and after inspection she said that she could snip the soldered link open then bend it back shut so I could use it again at a later time. She was quick yet gentle with my Tiffany charm, and after all was done she didn’t ask for payment because it was such a simple procedure. I will definitely recommend them for my immediate jewelry fixing needs.

$ 20 for a new battery is a scam. Go to JC Penney, they have them for $ 10.
Oh, wait I’m suppose to believe that since they give me a 1 year warranty that a $ 20 battery is worth it. Or wait, I can get a battery with a longer warranty for even more $$$ I stopped listening to the lady’s blabber. I don’t want to spend over $ 35 just for a stupid battery. I couldn’t even convince them to sell me the battery for $ 10 and let me install it on my own. The lady told me that I couldn’t find a battery in the mall for under $ 20. So, I went to JC Penney and got a $ 10.68 battery. I took the receipt down to the store and showed her, just to prove my point. She got snappy, and I said, you lied to me. What can I say?
GO TO JCP, they’ve got great service and its only $ 10.

I was a bit hesitant to go here after the poor reviews but the Zales sales associate snubbed her nose at my watch brand, so Fast Fix it was.
I was headed in to get my watch band resized. The gentlemen who helped me was a bit rude to start but adjusted my watch and even took it back for a second adjustment when I wasn’t quite satisfied. It was a bit pricey ($ 17) but he assured me I could bring it back any time or another adjustment at no charge.
My only gripe would be that there seemed to be a handful of people just sitting around. I understand the business has quick turn around but telling me it till take 20 minutes while employees are sitting around is a bit difficult to stomach.
All in all, I’d go back!

Watch battery replacement is a rip off! $ 35.00 is outrageous for a battery that only lasted 6 months!
I replaced my Swiss army watch battery and with in 6 months it stops working… I returned to the shop they explained that they provide the warranty because they don’t know how long the batteries have been sitting on the shelf. They kindly replaced the battery and then I left.
Unfortunately, a month over my year warranty my watch stopped keeping time, again. I returned to the store and was told that it was not under warranty and the excuse was that batteries are not as good as they use to be because they are made more environmentally friendly and they don’t last as long. I was advised that they were going to charge me another $ 35!!! What a scam!!!
