iFLY Indoor Skydiving – Denver

Leland was incredible! He was great with my kids ages 12 and 9. It was my son’s birthday and it was one he will never forget. Staff there were professional and Leland was a 10 star on a rating scale of 1 to 5. My daughter said she now knows what she wants to do as a profession.

I surprised my wife on her birthday (4−30−16) with a trip here. Great experience, she loved it (1^st timer). Will was an excellent instructor and did a fantastic job. Thanks Will for helping my wife have a blast! We will return!

It was my Granddaughters 14^th birthday yesterday and we drove by ifly. It was not a planned visit but I asked her if she wanted to do it. She said yes so we went in.
The experience was incredible for her. The staff was great and the training was excellent.
She loved it! It is something she will remember all her life! She had a blast!
Safety is top priority for these folks and the instructors are top notch.
We sprung for the «high flight» where the instructor took her to the top.
I can’t believe how much it built up her self confidence. I took a lot of videos and bought her a shirt to remember her experience. She told me it was the best birthday present she ever had!
We plan on going back.

At first I thought this was a bit silly but once we were in the tank/​air tunnel it was a ton of fun! We did a corporate team building event here and the ages ranged from 28 — 62 and everyone enjoyed it. Our instructor Mickey insured we had a great time, felt safe/​comfortable and helped us push our boundaries to ensure we had the best experience. Would definitely go back if we were in the Denver area again!

This is such an awesome experience. I have gone several times and on my last trip I organized a group of friends from Colorado Springs to go. Their ages ranged from 35 to 68 and one them had just had knee surgery the previous month. They loved it and have been BEGGING for me to organize the next trip back up there. All of the staff is fabulous and everyone there is so professional, efficient, personable and will take care of your every need. A special shout out to Megan who helped with some of the details for my group. She and the instructors were the absolute best and made sure we had the greatest experience. Take a group, go by yourself, celebrate a special occasion, or just do something different… whatever the reason or purpose, just go! You’ll absolutely LOVE it.

I feel like this would have been a lot of fun. I work for a recreation facility and looked into booking some field trips here for our summer camp programs. After trying several times to get in touch with the person I was referred to, I got one return phone call that was left on my voicemail and when I returned that phone call I was never contacted again. It would have been awesome to find a fun new place to take the kiddos but I will never reach out to them again.

This was one of the greatest experiences my husband and I have had. I wasn’t sure I would enjoy it, but I was wrong. Not only was the flying experience amazing, the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable it made the experience that much more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this experience to everyone!

Great staff, great instruction and great fun. Our team went here on an outing. Staff was very nice and explained the process. Great place to have a kids birthday party. Saw one going on while their. They have a separate room for this activity.

I am a student skydiver and wanted to get some tunnel time and practice before my next jump. Byron was great and coached me through the maneuvers I’ll have to execute. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.
My 11 year-​old daughter also did three flights. With Byron’s instruction she was able to fly on her own. She loved it!

We just left and it was amazing! Byron did such a great job with everyone. We had two 10 year olds and a 16 year old and he catered to each of them seamlessly. We have already booked another session with him.

Indoor skydiving was an amazing new experience. Our instructor Byron who made this possible for us was very kind and fun. He explained the experience and what to do really well and was very attentive in helping us get the most out of it. I felt very welcome, and everyone there was excited about what they do. The feeling was unlike anything else and it sparked a new interest in skydiving for me. Our instructor Byron and everyone at iFLY made the experience exhilarating and memorable. I recommend it to people of all ages!

From grandmothers to little children, come young and old, to experience the tremendous sensation of «flying.» My 10 yr. old and I loved our experience at iFly. The staff and instructors are fun-​loving and reassuring. You do not get the stomach-​dropping sensation like you experience when an airplane hits turbulence. You will feel very safe in the wind tunnel. The instructors allow you plenty of freedom once get the hang of flying/​floating.
I strongly recommend the «high flight» add-​on as the instructor was shoot you up in the tunnel and spin you back down. Also, I recommend reserving your flight time, especially on holidays or weekends.

We had a blast and Byron was our guide! He was incredible. My kids are the ones who flew and I could not because of past shoulder issues. The only thing I would change is the price and time in the air. Very cool.

This was a Christmas gift to my son, but I wanted to try it too. We had a great time and my son was full of smiles and excitement! We could not of asked for a better instructor! Mickey Nuttall was fun and very patient for flyers like me that could not relax.

My husband, daughter and son-​in-​law tried it the day after Christmas. They paid the extra $ 10/​each to be taken to the top at the end of their turn. They had a great time. A little disappointing in the end tho. We watched the two groups before them and those two male instructors took their group all the way to the top and was spinning them around very fast. Looked so exciting. Then when it was our groups turn, the instructor was a young petite girl, which isn’t the problem, but she had a very hard time controlling the bigger people in the group and when it was this groups turn to go to the top she barely took them up past the window. Huge let down! Will definitely do it again but will be requesting one of the male instructors. My suggestion to anyone wanting to try this is to request an instructor that can actually do what you paid for them to do.

My 17 year old son and I went on Christmas Eve… we have wanted to try this for a long time. It was super fun and Mickey made it even more fun. We had a great time… the only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that is about $ 60 per minute to fly. I spent $ 240 and my son and I got two minutes each to fly, Looking at prior reviews… I should have purchased tickets at Costco I guess. It was a really easy process to check in, etc. They know what they are doing and have the entire process down to a science.

The staff was amazing from the minute you walk in the door. Our flight instructor was AMAZING! Definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially awesome for kiddos!

Indoor skydiving is phenomenal! This is one of the earlier tunnels iFLY built and quite a few of the online training videos were done here. They have the full gambit of flight options. You can come as a newbie on your own, in a pair, or purchase extraordinarily discounted flight packages. Fun fact, if you’re a costco member, you can purchase the same newbie package that’s offered at a phenomenal discount.
I’m currently working on my level one flight maneuvers (I clearly thought it was worth it to get the most intense package). Derren was my instructor and he gave me really clear instruction both before and inside the tube. He’s fun if you’ve got little kids in the group too. It’s pretty fun to launch into the tunnel and fly. I can’t wait for my first flip!

This was awesome! My husband and I had a fabulous time at iFly, just one of our stops on our Colorado honeymoon. Ky was the BEST INSTRUCTOR! He was willing to answer all of our questions, kept us safe on our first experience flying, and was super knowledgeable. Thank you for an unforgettable time! Definitely recommend!
I also thought Kristen did a fabulous job in helping us locate and organize our photos. She was completely professional and very, very nice. All around great staff at this location – like whoa amazing.

What a great experience! I took some friend’s children 7 and 13 for an early birthday celebration. They were ecstatic. Their Mom said that I had raised the bar for birthday gifts. LOL
Skylar the kids instructor was awesome! He was very good with the kids and made their experience even more memorable.

Brought my girlfriend and the kiddos here and everyone had an incredible time! The staff was great, the learning portion was efficient, and the time spent in the chamber was a blast. We will definitely do this again. Overall it can be a bit pricey, but you get a great deal when you use the groupon. All equipment is provided. They clean it immediately after use. The photos they take are great! We got some pics with absolutely incredible smiles! I haven’t see. These kids smile like that in a long time. It was definitely worth it and we shall be back. Maybe even learn a trick or two down the road.

Our family of four went this past Sunday and had a blast. Everyone from right when you walk in to the instructors were AWESOME! This is a must do if you are in Denver! Our daughter had a hard time with getting used to breathing while so much air is being forced on your face, the instructors were so caring and enthusiastic, they got her to back in and they turned the wind down and helped her do some other maneuvers that we’re more like bouncing on a trampoline. She really enjoyed that and it was just great that they got her to try it again. A+++++ We will be back! We highly recommend doing the high flight! It was amazing!

However, I just don’t see the appeal in spending this much money for two minutes of being blown in the air by a giant wind machine. I’m absolutely glad that I tried it since I’ve been curious for so long, but I won’t do it again.

Amazing experience! Thrilling activity! Everything they advertised! Plus you get 10% off merchandise. Great for kids, teens, adults. Caution: Your shoulders will be mildly sore the next day. Wear athletic clothes and shoes, remove all jewelry, and listen/​watch for cues from your instructor.

I like it. I like this kind of indoor sports, though I cannot deny I would love to do the real thing, tandem sky-​diving or even base jumping since those are part of my Bucket Life List.
That recent visit was on Saturday November 23^rd 2013. One week earlier, I went to this establishment, just to make sure I can get on the list since I don’t fancy talking on the phone etc etc. Wanted to do on that day, but it was fully booked. So RESERVATION IS DEFINITELY NECESSARY.
I purchased the «additional» $ 40 + $ 2.73(with tax), pictures and video that they will save it for you in a little thumb drive. Thankfully I managed to get on the 08:45hrs list for the session (November 23^rd 2013). My assigned instructor his name is Nathan. I have a Gift Certificate my friends purchased for my «previous» birthday aka last years, I finally managed to use it.
Watch the «Safety and Introductory» Video in the room that they provide, all by myself accompanied by Hubs coz my session was the 1^st that morning. After through the Video introductory, Nathan went through the verbal and hand signs needed etc etc. He showed me some tips and pointers on how to enjoy my session. I Suit up, Flight Gear with helmet, knee pads, elbow pads and goggles, ready for my first indoor flight. After the session ends, Nathan gave me a Souvenir Flight Certificate with my name on it.
The session was indeed exhilarating and I don’t mind returning to clock my hours since the next session will be like $ 17 for 1 session. But from what I found out, I need to do it within 3 months else have to go thru that «introductory» all over again. *Sigh*
All in all its a fun stuff to do indoors, though I would want to do it outdoors in REAL LIFE.
