IMT Lone Tree

Staff is the best part of IMT Lone Tree. Both office staff and maintenance staff are helpful, professional, and extremely friendly. I give Lone Tree 5 out of 5 stars!

I have lived here about 5 months and these apartments are beautiful inside and out and conveniently located near many amenities. Those reasons alone are what got me to sign my lease agreement but living on the 1^st floor makes me want to break it. I’ve lived in many apartments in my life all over the country and these have the thinest walls ever. I am constantly woken up by my upstairs neighbors walking. I get that noise comes with apartment living but my overhead light sounding like it’s going to fall from my ceiling any day and its light bulb flickering aren’t what I signed up for. The maintenance and office staff both are very friendly and respond quickly. If I lived on the third floor I wouldn’t have an issue but having to go out and buy ear plugs just so I can sleep isn’t ideal, especially when you’re paying 1300+ for a one bedroom. If you come home before 6am or after 6pm good luck finding parking anywhere near your apartment, especially on weekends.

Location is everything when it comes to living in the Denver area and this complex couldn’t get much better! It’s close to the highways, and the light rail is just a couple blocks away making public transport and city life accessible.
The staff here have been so easy to work with! Everybody from the leasing agent to the manager have worked with me to make sure this was an easy transition. They are very welcoming and the property has a lot to offer! My apartment is AWESOME!
I love the pool and look forward to summertime here!

The worst apartment complex in Colorado. The staff is unprofessional, the grounds are dirty and maintenance is non existence. Do not rent here. If you do you will regret it and they will tow your car!
My son has asthma and was in the hospital. It would not surprise me if it had to do with the fact we had water damage twice and it was not cleaned up properly. We called the office and reported our neighbor for dropping ash and cigarettes onto our patio from above. They never responded. I will be going to the BBB and calling my attorney.
I am sure they will respond to this post with their standard cut and paste that they have with the other poor reviews. Don’t bother

Thanks for the general response. And no you guys have ruined enough. It’s too late to reach out especially AFTER you have screwed me over. I don’t appreciate being screwed over after being an ideal renter and actively communicating with you to resolve a financial issue. Big bunch of bozos. You deal with a new person every few days because the last one is now «gone.» No one knows what they’re talking about so you don’t get answers. Extremely unprofessional all across the board. Just a joke.
The apartments look like shit when you move in and the staff couldn’t care less. Good luck with loud dogs and neighbors too.
It looks like a nice complex with great amenities and layouts but the staff can easily scare people away.

Been here two years now. I have found the staff to be great. Always helpful and friendly.
Overall, the grounds and apartments are OK. Used the pool a few times, and it’s nice and clean. I never tried the hot tub, always 20-​somethings in there partying. There have been a couple times when the gate didn’t work, but it’s usually fixed quickly. They need to fire their snow removal people. If they have any. Snow and ice in the parking lots is a constant problem. It gets VERY slick, and they never drop any salt, etc.
My biggest problem is with noisy, inconsiderate neighbors. Dogs allowed, but no one ever cleans up after their dog. Very annoying to see a pile of dog crap 5 feet from the bag station. Cops are there arresting people and breaking up domestic issues all the time (easily once a week). Had to wait for cops to move their car so we could get out once. They were dragging one of the neighbors away in cuffs.
Found and killed two mice in last year.
For the price, you can get a house to rent. Stay away from Crest.

We bought a new car and didn’t get home until really late, the new car didn’t fit in the garage so we parked in the parking lot and by sun up, our car was towed. $ 250 later!!! This place is awful. I tried talking to the staff and when they wouldn’t help me, I called the regional manager and still haven’t heard back. It’s been 4 days. The pool didn’t open until the end of June, the hot tub is never hot, and the gate to get into the complex hardly ever works properly. All the landscaping is shot, there are RATS every where!!! It is absolutely disgusting!!! Turn over in the office is very high probably because the management is one of the WORST I’ve seen in a business EVER. They are so unresponsive, and rude. The main manager is the absolute worst. No wonder good people don’t stick around. Don’t live here. It’s not worth it, you will never know when they will try to pull something on you!!!

Once you sign your lease, you get treated horribly. I mistankingly resigned twice and I’m so glad my lease is up. I’ve experienced everything from rude employees in the leasing office, to packages that were signed in to the office mysteriously not being there, to receiving a package that had been cut open and the contents gone (so essentially an empty plastic bag with my receipt). They charged me a late fee for being off on my rent by literally pennies. Granted, I’ve seen a change in managament (from what it seems like) and they’ve been better. But I’ve still had crummy experiences with rude employees who read off a script and can’t give you proper information. Trust me, you can find better!
