My husband and I were in the market of purchasing a home in the Brighton, Co area in March 2013. We lived in Colorado Springs for 17 years prior and needed a great Realtor to help us in the Denver area. I researched several agents and even met a few in person but Kimberly stood out from the rest. We had a long discussion and everything she said she would do, she did. First impressions mean everything to me and when she delivered on customer service and actually helped us make a great offer on our home we were so happy. At the time, my husband was working in Afghanistan so he was only home for two weeks on leave. I’m so glad my husband was home to help me find the perfect home for us. We moved into our home April 2013. Her staff is awesome. I can’t think of one time that someone wasn’t available to answer questions or show us homes. The process was very smooth and I didn’t stress at all. It’s hard enough when you have a spouse that’s away but knowing that Kimberly was on my side gave me peace of mind that she would get the job done and she did.
My husband and I decided to move to Texas in April 2014. What better person to call to help us get our house on the market than Kimberly Keenan. We called Kimberly in March 2013 and explained our upcoming move and she put our home on the market the end of March and the very first weekend that our home went on the market we had four offers by Sunday. We closed on our home less than a month. We didn’t think our home would sell that fast. Kimberly did a great job of walking through our home and helping us stage to perfection. You can’t go wrong With Keenan Realty if you are buying or selling.
We even considered moving back to Colorado a few times but if we ever do Kimberly will be the one we call to help us purchase another home. Kimberly keep up the great work. We can’t thank you enough for all you have done.
