Big library benefits with small library feel. So far, I have been able to get every text I have looked for through the interlibrary loan system. I love this system! Also, the staff is very helpful.

It is small, but nice. What is on the shelves here is somewhat limited. However, you can have any other book or media item in the Douglas Country Library system sent here for pick-​up. If you are looking for a particular item, you might have a better chance of finding one of the «lucky» picks on the shelf here. The parking is somewhat limited. Mostly what I use this location for is as a convenient place to return materials if I am in this area, and do not want to make an extra trip.

This is NOT a big library, which is why I like it so much. It’s so cozy and warm. There won’t be a lot of choice, but they always have new releases for movies and books.
Since it is on a county wide system, you can request books from all the other libraries in the county.
My kids, who are 7 and 10, happened to go in during story time and was totally sucked into all the same even though the books are for toddlers/​preschoolers.
Lone Tree is not our local libraries but I love it all the same.

I really LOVE this library. It is small, clean, and cozy. The staff is amazing, and there is always someone willing to help out. They also have a wide variety of CDs and DVDs.

Isn’t it a bit hard to write a review for a library? I think it is… what can I say. Lone Tree has been my local library for a very long time, and it’s located next to a great park, which is worth visiting.
They recently made a lot of changes to make the library feel more like a bookstore, and that has its flaws. It is a great place to browse for some light reading, or to find a dvd. But if you are looking to do some serious academic research, this isn’t the place.
