We eat in a lot of steakhouses and was really pleasantly surprised by Perry’s. I had the spinach salad and it was as good as I have ever had. My wife had the wedge with a green goddess dressing and I had to finish hers off as well because it was so good. I then had a small filet with crab and garlic butter and found it spectacular as well. Matt served us and really did a great job with my wife’s vine pepper allergy and we truly felt like he cared. There are only a few really good steak houses and this will be on our short list.

Got robbed here on New Year’s Eve!!! The bill was $ 500 for 4 people as they had a less than 10 items New Year’s Eve«special» menu for $ 80 per person and guess what drinks and appetizers not included. What shit!!! No, no no we were not told about this per person thing when we called to reserve the table. It’s a pure trap to rob money from all of us. We made out half through our dinner as the server didn’t even mention about it until we asked. I wish I could give zero star for this.

Christmas Eve dinner RUINED We made 8pm reservations and arrived promptly at 7:50. The hosted greeted us with a professional attitude and a smile(no issues there). We were taken to our table in the dark back room with no windows and seated at our table. Our server(a unkempt bearded man) came to the table, didn’t say a word… Just starred at us. He finally greeted us and I could hardly hear what he was saying(partially because he spoke quietly but also because the restaurant silences sound worse than a bowling ally). We ordered martinis and he went to pour our waters and spilled the bottle and broken glass all over us and the table. Accidents happen— I get it, but at least apologize and offer something to make up for it… NOPE! He just walked away and let things be where they were. WE cleaned it up ourselves. Once our drinks arrived about 25 minutes later, they were all pretty bad. We told him, but I’m not sure he really comprehended what we said. He was very awkward as a server and just loitered around the table in a very creepy way.(We weren’t sure what was going on with him to be honest). Our CHOP salad came out, brown lettuce and all and 2 full(uncut) pieces of bacon that they made an «X» across the top of the salad with. We ordered it dairy free and it came out smothered in cheese. Rather than remake the salad, they just picked off the cheese and brought it back to us, beat up looking and all. We also ordered the $ 9 French Onion Soup which looked horrific to say the least when it arrived. The soup was cold, and the salad was slimy. NOT A GOODSTARTERCORSE. I ordered the boneless ribeye medium rare, my friend ordered the filet mignon medium rare and my wife ordered the chicken Oscar. When they finally came out about an hour later,(after all the table around us that were seated after us and ordered after us were served their food). It looked«ok». Steaks were pretty beat up looking and the chicken Oscar was just gross looking. The potato dish we ordered was just swimming in milk and wasn’t even edible. Our server never came back and I just couldn’t take it anymore. I got up and went and found the manager who was decently attentive to my concerns and acted like he cared. He said he would meet me at our table, but never did. I waited about 20 minutes and after seeing him walk by multiple times I finally just approached him again. He said he’d be right over. He finally came and pretended like he cared and then walked away. Our server said they wanted to buy us dessert to make up for the issues. I said that isn’t going to work with me. Then he came back and said they bought my steak $ 47, our drinks $ 12, the appetizers(about) $ 20, and also took an extra $ 50 off the bill and wanted to still buy us dessert. Long story short, they took the $ 50 off and then about $ 36 in discounts TOTAL, not anywhere close to what should have been done for that horrific experience. We shouldn’t have had a bill at all after that. To top it off, my wife threw up on the way home because her chicken was undercooked. I’ve included a picture of the desert they gave us «complimentary» to take home. YOURUINEDOURCHRISTMASEVE!

We’re looking for a new regular steak place to replace Del Friscos for us and this place may have done it. The service and ambiance of the restaurant are spot on perfect. The various potato sides are great and I look forward to trying more. The bread pudding is unique yet with a classic taste as well, only drawback to the bread pudding is the temperature. Bread pudding should be piping hot, and it wasn’t, the taste was still great but it could have been slightly better. The steaks have great potential as well. The favors of the steak are next to perfect. Both our steaks were slightly over cooked which was a bummer, but still tastes great. We will be back.

Wow, some of the best bread and butter is amazing. It’s soft, warm, and the buyer is smooth and amazing. The lobster bisque is good and worth a try. The filet and creamed corn are perfect in every way.

This is based on my experience in the bar, and its consistently good and very elegant for a shopping mall! My wife and I make it a point to stop here when we are at Park Meadows(careful they have limited hours of operation). We have settled into a wonderful rut. A bottle of Langois Champagne and the delicious seafood tower. Its decadent, not cheap but also not overly spendy considering what you get. A mountain of crushed ice with succulent shrimp, oysters and lobster. Bar is staffed with some of the best bartending staff I have encountered with the added bonus that they have the courtesy to remember you. We don’t even order most of the times we go Brian/Neil and the rest of the crew just know what we want. Amazing transition from a Texas butchers shop to a top notch restaurant. Avail yourself of the Summit Valet service right out side and skip the parking hassle. Perrys kindly validates for you.

On a business trip with my husband we saw this restaurant & stopped in… Never heard of them as they aren’t in Ca. What a treat! The staff is first rate, the service impeccable & the food was amazing. We really enjoyed the atmosphere & live music. It wasn’t overwhelming or loud. I had the kabob… Steak, shrimp & loser. Scrumptious! My husband raved about his filet & it was the most beautiful shrimp cocktail I have ever seen. Overall it was a great experience. We will be back in Denver next month & will be sure to go again.

We were impressed for their happy hour! Live pianist who also sang some standards, very good service, cool vibe, plenty of seats and table at bar area, good happy hour specials. We have only been once and just for drinks/snacks so I can’t opine on dinner, but we are looking to go back. Nice cocktail and wine selections. Pork chop bites were quite good. Burger for $ 12, honestly, not really, we won’t be ordering it again. The bun was soaked through with grease(like a sponge, I kid you not, my hand was wet with grease) and the meat did not stay together well. Some kind of herb spread on the bun, wish they would skip. A small pot of fries came with it, totally encrusted with seasoning(almost as if breaded with seasoning salt), I’d suggest you see if you can order plain. Fleming’s happy hour burger down the street at $ 6 is frankly much better at half the cost. Or Brio’s just a few feet away. I’d try some of the other snacks before ever ordering the burger again. In fact, I’m looking forward to it — we had a very nice time at this sophisticated steak house atmosphere. The live music is a real draw.

This is the type of restaurant that you will take about for weeks after your dining experience. The décor, the staff, the presentation, the wine list, and the meals were all top notch and more than exceeds our expectations. One of their signature dishes is the pork chop carved off the bone table side and it does not disappoint! Tender, juicy, and flavorful. The music in the lounge was a little loud, but the lady had a wonderful voice and the music was a nice addition to the already beautiful atmosphere. Without a doubt, I will be back to Perry’s the next time I am in south denver. It’s a notch above the rest!

Sat at the bar and had some appertizers. Fried asperagus is delicious. Bacon wrap scallops, well it’s good, but not surprising!(I love everything with bacon.) Anyhow, they have the best bread pudding ever! The homemade marshmallow is super delicious! I have been ordering bread pudding if the restaurant has it! Perry’s has the best bread pudding in Denver in my heart. No place can beat Perry’s breadpudding! YOUJUSTHAVETOORDERITANDTRYIT!

Took a friend here just this week and it was a wonderful experience. The waiter was amazing, the food suggestions were terrific. I am one who thinks if you are in a steak place, eat steak, but instead had the most delicious Sea Bass I have ever had. Large portion, and delicious. Only drawback was the singer in the front bar/lounge, too loud for a dining establishment where you want to have a conversation. Wish they would have just had some nice jazz, and let us talk!

I have dined here three times now… its a solid 3 star but NOTHING more! DONOT waste your money on their flaming table side desserts because they taste nothing like a true high end table side dessert. Food is average, service is below average, decorating and atmosphere are wonderful and the people watching is cool. Very over priced… go to Ruth Chris or Shanahan’s.

My husband and I went to Perry’s on Saturday for his birthday. We had been to the bar for drinks and live music before but had never eaten dinner there. We were very surprised that it wasn’t very busy at 7pm on a Saturday. We were seated in the center of the dining room and had some confusion as to what server would be taking care of us for the evening. After that was taken care of we were very happy with Clint. He was very personable and friendly. We ordered a bottle of wine and the bacon wrapped scallops for appetizers. Everything was delicious! Then we got our steak… I ordered a Bone in New York Strip medium rare and my husband ordered the Bone in Rib-eye Medium. When both came out mine was medium and his was medium rare. They had to redo my husbands since her cannot eat rare meat. I let it go since it wasn’t that big of a deal for me. HOWEVER, once we finally were able to eat my steak was so over salted I could barely eat 3 bites before I had to give up. I like salt, so when I say something is salty its SALTY. My hands and feet immediately started to retain water(ladies, you know exactly what I mean by this) so I had to stop eating it. The manager stated that they hear this a lot but this is a Texas based company and they very heavily season their steaks. The manager was very friendly and very apologetic. The offered to redo the steak but at that point we had already waited for my husbands to be redone and we didn’t want to wait for a new steak to come. They did comp our desserts and the appetizers so that was very kind of them. All and all we will most likely not return. It’s a shame, everything else was great!

A carnivore like me who is a major fan of the cowboy steak will do anything to find a restaurant where they serve one that is worthy to be called my «go to.» Why am I nuts for this cowboy? Why is this rib eye called a cowboy steak? No one exactly knows. I found this: A Cowboy Steak is a bone-in rib eye with a raw bone attached(used by cowboys as a handle), usually weighing in at about 2 pounds, making it big enough for even the hungriest cowboy. This robust steak is generously marbled, incredibly juicy and very tender. Perry’s is proud to serve USDA-aged Prime beef, butchered in-house and cut fresh to order. Their steaks are finely seasoned with kosher salt, black pepper and topped with herb-garlic butter. That’s it! Their steaks are not loaded or covered with sauce. I just love meat served that way! Pretty simple. It came alone but looking oh so juicy. All beautifully covered in the simple three things they put on all their steaks. Kosher salt, black pepper and herb garlic butter. SO the meat is the star and not the annoying sauce. One bite and I know it will be difficult to switch allegiance. We shared their Jumbo Lump Crab cakes and Wine infused mushroom. The former is said to be their most famous starter. Rightfully so. Loaded with crab cakes and was just outstanding in taste! The texture of the outside was crunchy but the inside was fresh. Amazing! The latter was this huge probably shiitake mushrooms that was out of this world good! Awesome portion. Their most famous cocktail is this Cucumber Blueberry Martini. Wow! That was my reaction to my first sip. I kept that reaction on the second order. I wanted to go for a 3rd and would probably go for a 10 if I wanted to. Maybe I should next time. Damn good! ok of course you wanna know whats in it. Here you go: Smirnoff Blueberry vodka is shaken with fresh lime juice, cranberry and diced cucumber. Served straight up. Service was top notch. Our guy was the best at what he does. Very knowledgeable about the dishes. He explained them thoroughly and is very happy to get you what you want. Perry’s in Lone Tree is pretty young. Less than two years but I’m guessing is there to stay. They offer valet service if your lady doesn’t feel like walking in her heels. Live singer every night. I also took a peek at their HH Menu and I am very interested to go back. I’m already planning a return visit.

Great Happy Hour pricing! I always sit at the bar, the staff is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. The menu is typical of a top level steakhouse, and the food is very good quality and very tasty. I can hardly wait to go again!

They need to remove all the Salt shakers from the tables because the amount they use while grilling your food enough to fill Salt Lake. The beef Carpaccio was the best I’ve ever had, great selections of ports to have after a large steak. The atmosphere and the staff were fantastic!

Nice atmosphere, music(live) was very classy. Wife had the 8oz Lobster Tail, cooked to perfection. I had the 22oz Cowboy Ribeye without salt and it was perfect. We both agreed entrées were better than Sullivan’s and Flemings. Caesar Salad was tasty, Creamed Spinach and Loaded Baked Potato were excellent. For desert we had the chocolate lava cake(too crispy and dry), Flemings was better for desert. Service was excellent. Price was about on par with Sullivan’s. Will definitely be going again.

I was in the mood for steak. I’m still in the mood for steak, as Perry’s let me down. The bottom line is that when I eat a prime grade steak, I want to taste the steak. What I tasted was lots of salt/pepper and butter. That and my rib-eye had about an 1⁄8 inch of eye. Not sure who they were saving the center cut rib-eye for, but it wasn’t me. Not sure I would have tasted it anyway(see above). Don’t think I’ll be back.

First off — The Positives The atmosphere is great and the service is quite good too. Our server kept our drinks full and made sure that everything was top notch. As for their food — Perry’s has a great select of sides that you and group can share. Infact, I might be tempted to just order their sides as they were meals in themselves — the Mac & Cheese & Creamed Spinach were the best! And for dessert — I recommend the«Trio» as you get a little bit of everything(especially the chocolate truffle). The Opportunities For a high-end steak place i was expecting the same quality that I would get from a «Del’s» or similar. Unfortunately, my filet was a bit too salty and just didn’t compare to what I paid. That said, I did try a little bit of the chicken and it was very good. Overall a good place. TIP: Their lunch menu prices seem pretty reasonable.
