Love this place! Right across from Costco! Great service and quality for the price.
Their gel nails are fab. My favorite us a shellac manicure! They have awesome colors to choose from.

First of all this place is to big, The employees are great But when watching the manager or owner. She is not friendly to the customers or to her employees. Sort of a snobbish place really expensive.

Had a terrible blow out. Girl did not seem to know what was she was doing. I’ve had my hair done many different places. I could have done a better job myself. Your review helps others learn about great local businesses.

Great service! My husband surprised me with a gift certificate here. As soon as I walked in I realized he had made a good choice. The receptionist is friendly and so helpful. She recommended a better service to suit my needs and time frame.
My nail tech Lane was just great! She did such a wonderful polish job on my toes and Shellac’d my nails. They look spectacular. We chatted easily. She didn’t try to upsell and was really positive.
The owner came over and gave a few suggestions for my next visit. I’ll definitely be back!

2 stars because the place is nicely decorated and the staff is actually really friendly. Only 2 stars because my pedicure was awful– the girls didn’t clip or file them evenly so my nails are slanted, I didn’t get any massage whatsoever (I actually had to finish rubbing in the lotion on my legs!) and the polish job itself looked like my daughter did it– sloppy, clumpy in areas, on my cuticles– just really unprofessional. The girls who did my nails was really nice but honestly it looked like she’d never done a pedicure in her life. For $ 45 for just a pedicure they need to have experienced nail techs providing the service!!!

I wanted to treat my best friend to a day of pampering for her birthday. I have a stylist elsewhere that I love, but because the location was not convenient for the day’s activities, I chose Polished after reading reviews.
I scheduled our blow outs for 2pm on a Saturday. The guy I spoke to for scheduling was very friendly and helpful. On the day of our appointments, our nail appointments ran longer than expected. I called the salon, apologized, and explained we were running behind and would be 5 – 10 minutes late. I was assured that it was not a big deal, but if we were any later than that, we would have to reschedule. I completely understand this and take full responsibility for being behind.
We managed to arrive at the salon 8 minutes late and were very apologetic. The salon itself is styled beautifully and looked very clean. There is only one sink, so I waited while my friend had her hair washed. During that time, my stylist (she never introduced herself, so I don’t know her name) asked me how I wanted my hair. I expressed that I would like soft waves and she replied that she could probably only manage to do it straight because «you girls were SO late,» in an admonishing tone. Now, I completely recognize that being late can throw off an entire schedule. However, the demeanor and tone used by this woman embarrassed me. As I had called ahead and was extremely apologetic, I assumed we would be politely informed if our lateness would cause a problem for scheduling. Throughout the blowout, the stylist made multiple off-​putting and hurtful remarks (several comments about my hair being «so dry and damaged,» for example). It’s hard to express some of this in a written review, because the biggest issue was tone. This woman could have easily commented on my hair’s condition in a helpful way, but her tone of voice and body language made the whole interaction feel very insulting. My other chief issue was how rough she was — she caught my hair in her round brush multiple times and ripped out several chunks of hair. I have had many blowouts in my life and this has never happened to me. She also scratched my face multiple times with her long nails and ring. I’m sure it was unintentional, but I surprised at how rough she handled me. My friend and I both were very uncomfortable in the chairs — they have no back support and no foot rest, so they get painful after an extended period of time.
I will say that my hair turned out beautifully. It held up all night and had a ton of volume. My hair is very fine and usually falls flat within an hour. I was happy with the result. I also want to point out that about halfway through the appointment, I think the stylist recognized how embarrassed I was and she suddenly started acting more friendly to me. It was too late to rectify the situation, but I did appreciate that she tried to fix it.
My friend’s blowout was just okay — not amazing, but not bad. She really liked her stylist and thought she was very nice and friendly.
Despite the nice results, I won’t come back here. I don’t expect a business to be able to bend their schedule due to my own fault, but I just don’t think there’s any reason for how this stylist spoke to me. It just made me feel really uncomfortable and all I wanted to do was leave.

Denver — you must get on board with blow outs!
Booked a last minute appointment with MyMy for a blow out, and after discussing the look I wanted, she delivered it with PERFECTION!
After a very thorough wash (twice, got it really clean!), and a fabulous mini scalp massage, she had me styled and ready in an amazingly quick amount of time. My relaxed curls were exactly what I wanted, and she even applied lashes for me (purchased at Mac, right in the mall) since their aesthetician was out due a family emergency.
A glass of bubbly, very cheerful, happy service… this is my new dry bar! The location right next to Macy’s entrance at Park Meadows is soooooo convenient. And, I really like the clean, bright, modern feel of the studio.

Glad I gave them another chance. Sadly, people don’t do that often enough. When I vocalized the concerns to the owner, Cathy, she was not only quick to understand but more importantly… quick to identify and realize. Incidentally, my issue was peeling shellac. I note this because the team here worked to find a solution and quickly identified and resolved how to ensure polished lasted. I’m on the longest manicure I’ve ever had without a chip! Every client is different and when dealing with the body, even more so, Cathy’s team goes above and beyond to ensure you’re treated like an individual. They will work with you, take notes and use what works for YOU! As the self-​proclaimed pickiest person in the world… I’m SO glad I joined.

I booked this salon for an afternoon mani/​pedi party for clients, I have to say everyone was very well taken care of. Each employee engaged in conversation and was extremely friendly. The glasses were never empty and everyone was very pleased with their services. We didn’t feel rushed at all, time and care was taken on each of us. I definitely recommend this salon whether it’s for a party or you would just like a lovely manicure or pedicure. You won’t be disappointed.

I was in Denver for a week vacation and while shopping at this beautiful mall decided to stop in and get a pedi. It looked cute from the store front. BAD IDEA! I am guessing the lady who done my pedi was NOT AT ALL experienced. She was un-​organized and took about 25 minutes to just paint. The tub water was maybe room temp, maybe. When I asked for a glass of water, the girl at the front acted like I may have ruined her entire day… WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

We were in town visiting family for the thanksgiving holiday and were at the mall for Black Friday.
My pedicure was a much needed respite from the chaos!
The space is gorgeous and Judy did a great job with my pedicure. I wish I lived closer because the membership is a fantastic deal. Since the salon is right by the entrance it would be really easy to stop in and get my services (which include a Brazilian blowout!) without trekking through the mall. I loved the option to have a glass of wine, too.

I recently came back in for a blow out since the owner reached out to me after a bad experience I had and the service was excellent. Rachel did such a good job. I know they are stepping up their training and I was very happy with time around. It’s definalty worth trying out.

I came in from out of town and needed a pedicure. Great salon! Clean –great service — and a great pedi!

This place is great. I can’t imagine what these other reviewers are talking about. I have been a member for 2 months and tell everyone I know to get their nails done at Polished Style Bar. Sure, the prices are higher than my local strip mall, but the member pricing gets me closer and the benefits are worth it. The salon is super clean, the techs know what they’re doing and can carry on a conversation. They always remember my name and make me feel welcome. Don’t be dissuaded — this place AND all the employees I’ve met are amazing.

I DEFINITELY recommend this place! I was weary after reading the reviews but you shouldn’t be! It was clean with a great selection of polish and a wonderful staff! They offer fun add ons like gems and have a selection of seasonal nail art ideas. The prices seem high at first but for the caliber of work and products they use it is 100% worth it! Plus who doesn’t love wine or beer with a mani! Bring your girlfriends for a great night out you won’t be disappointed!

Not impressed and overpriced. As someone that gets shellac done regularly, I would know how long to expect my manicure to last — typically 2 weeks if not longer. My lasted a whole 4 days before chipping off. Normally I wouldn’t be upset except I paid $ 45 + tip. My nails were cute but I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here.

One star because the staff was nice. I went for a mani/​pedi. Pedicure and manicure was abysmal. The service provider took a long time, didn’t do a foot or calf massage that amounted to anything. The pedicure was horrible. I felt like I was being hurried out (7:30 pm after being there 2 hours) such that one nail was ruined by the time I walked to my car and one of my toes was also ruined. Total bill was 65.00 plus tip. The experience was so horrid I just went home and took out the nail polish remover and scheduled an appointment with Fresh at Belleview for the next day. Save your money. PROS: great location if it was staffed with professionals who could deliver quality service.

I had an appointment scheduled and they still said it would be a 20 minute wait, not acceptable. Prices were a bit high for blow dry services and I was not overly impressed. Bummer! I was hoping to have found a great spot closer to home.

I was a little Leary about going because if the other review, but my daughter and I were at the mall and wanted manis so we tried it. I was very pleased when one of the nail tech’s told me they were only goingbto do a polish change on my daughter because if they cut her cuticle it could ruin her nails. the lost money by doing that and gained a lifer :-D. They were sweet included us in the conversation and my daughter and I got to sit right by eachother. Both of our nails turned out great
They are a little more pricey than other places, but all in all a great experience!

I will never go back! We arrived at 11:30am and we were planning on going to lunch after. We thought we’d have a glass of wine while we received service and they didn’t have glasses!!! On top of that, it took the girl TWO hrs to do my gel nails. (I honestly don’t think she knew what she was doing) We were starving and by the time she finished, it was time to pick up my son from school.
