Purrfect Health Cat Hospital is the best pet hospital we’ve taken our cats to. Dr. Ortloff and her staff are so knowledgable and caring to both cat patients and their owners. Our 19 year old cat, Licorice, was very ill and Dr. Ortloff and the techs took such great care of her even though the outcome was unfavorable. They were very honest and upfront about what their recommendations were and how to proceed. I 100% recommend Dr, Ortloff and Purrfect Health for your cat’s needs. You won’t regret it!

They have taken extremely great care of our Siamese. Dr. O is very patient and loves your cat like her own. She is also up to date on the latest medicines and procedures specific to cats. We’ve really enjoyed going here.

I have been to them for help with my baby Princess Tiger Lily’s IBD (Inflammatory bowel disease), teeth cleaning, and most recently a spay! My sweet child was over looked at the shelter on this, so at 5 years old I finally got her spayed. They are the most loving, caring, and professional team I have ever seen. Dr. Ortloff (Cathy) is so incredibly kind! I have asked her countless questions about all the procedures. She takes the time to answer EVERY Q with respect and friendliness. You become family at Purrfect Health. (This is the family I have always wanted!!) Meow… purrrrrr
Each vet tech is so friendly as well. They take the TIME and treat each cat as if it was there own. They all have cats too! They LOVE CATS. That’s very important to me.

Kari (most awesome vet tech on the planet!!) knitted me a little mini Tiger Lily kitty. YES. She knitted for me!!! How freaking sweet! It’s Tiger Lily’s favorite lil baby now. I was so honored and humbled that she would create such a loving expression of my child. She knitted for me!!! This is going ABOVE and BEYOND wonderful!

This is the place to take your cats. They take care of my old cat and kitten. Getting an appt is easy and I’ve never had to wait when I show up. They keep good records and have been affordable. I’m so glad I found this place and is close to my home.

The staff at Purrfect Health Cat Hospital are nothing short of UH-​Mazing! My family has been seeing them for over 10 years and have always take care of our cat’s health to the best degree possible.
They were also very kind to my wife and I, and our late kitty Juniper. Juniper was only a little 9 month old girl when she got terminally ill. Dr. Ortloff was extremely tactful in how she presented us with the diagnosis and the evidence behind her findings. She was very empathetic and was open to answering all the questions we had, and boy we had a lot!
Kari was the most exceptional and kind hearted person during this difficult ordeal we were faced with. The entire staff was fantastic and helpful, but Kari made herself available to all of our needs and questions at all times. She answered several rounds of questions for me as we discussed when we know it is time to end our little girl’s misery, which is one of the hardest decisions we have ever had to make. Things like is it too soon right now, how long is too long, all while keeping Juniper’s comfort and well being in mind. She helped us with options in choosing where to to take Juniper for that final visit to accommodate my wife and I’s hectic schedule, called them on our behalf to explain what was going on to them and ensured we got care we needed. Even after, Purrfect Health kept Juniper for us for a couple of weeks until the horrible winter weather subsided so that we could have a proper burial for Juniper. She even made some nice paw imprints so that we can always remember our little girl.
This compassion and kindness has made me realize that there is still good left in humanity. It’s amazing to have such kind people working with you and your furry and four legged loved ones. Thank you so much Purrfect Health Cat Hospital! We really appreciate guys!

They are very nice here and genuinely care about the cats! The dr is very smart and friendly. My cat feels more comfortable here than a regular vets office. The wait isn’t bad, and you can tell they take care of the cats that come in!

Love Love Love this vet! She is caring, calm and always treats my cat gently and gives her treats to help calm her down. We don’t have to come here very often thankfully but when we do I never feel like they are trying to oversell me on products or shots. I have turned down a feline resp. vaccine and didnt feel any kind of push back from her. Staff is very polite and answers my questions and the one time we did have an issue with our cat they called the day after to check on her! Amazing.

We have been bringing our cats here for over 10 years. Dr. Ortloff and her staff have seen us through everything from minor grooming issues and yearly checkups through more serious health issues and even that final visit that all pet lovers dread. We would not take our cats to anyone else.
Not only is the care they give to their patients top notch, but they are also on top of things when it comes to dealing with their patients’ «parents». They excel at communicating with you and making sure you know what is going on, what’s going to happen next and what all the options are. And while they are running a business, there is never any doubt that they care about your cat’s welfare and want whatever is best for him or her.
If you’re looking for a vet for your cat and you live anywhere remotely near the Lone Tree area (we live 30 min away and still make the trip whenever necessary), you can not do better than Purrfect Health.

They are simply amazing. The staff is very caring and supportive. Recently one of my kitties has grown very sick and is near the end of his long life and the staff has been very caring, attentive, and supportive to not just my cats but to me as well. They really know their profession, and things to consider for treatment. I really appreciate their following up both from minor checkups and procedures to major issues that are hard on you and your animals. I cannot say enough good things about them.

I’m so happy i found a place to take my cats that i can trust. Both my kittens had a rare hard to detect parasite. They were able to diagnose it in office and had the medicine on hand. I thought the pricing was right on what it should be. I also like that my cats (and myself) don’t have to encounter any dogs here. This is def the place to bring your cats!

The staff there is absolutely amazing! I actually found them because a local dog walker found my cat wandering around far from my house. He had been missing for a few days and she took him there because he looked malnourished. They did blood work and discovered things that our previous vet had not. Long-​story-​short, that woman found me and recommended them. I am extremely grateful! They took absolutely amazing care of my cat and remembered us every time we came in. My kitty recently passed away and I went there to wrap up some loose ends. Even though they weren’t the clinic I had to take him to, he was in an accident at night so I had to take him to an ER, they were extremely supportive and caring. What is even more surprising is that they remembered my cat even though he wasn’t physically with me. They truly care for each cat like it were their own and I can’t thank them enough. Not only is the staff amazing, but they are affordable too! I will be bringing my future cats there without any second thoughts!

I took my cat there a week ago for a checkup and dental and to be shaved. The Dr. is wonderful. She called me after the lab work and exam was done, and again after Ross’s dental work. Everything was fully explained to me. I feel they took excellent care of my cat and I will take him back there again and again. Now I just need to find such a caring vet for my two dogs.

I cannot say enough good things about this place!!! Cathy Ortloff is not only one of the kindest and most sincere individuals you will ever meet, but she is also a wonderful veterinarian. Cathy and her staff are the first people I have encountered I honestly feel handle my cats as if they were their own. If you love your cat you will want to go here.
