SeekingSitters Franchise Systems, Inc. is a fast-​growing franchise that has found a unique solution to an age old problem: finding a good babysitter when you need one. SeekingSitters uses modern day technology of an interactive website to help families find safe, reliable child care 24 – 7. The founder is a mom of three who saw a problem, found a solution and turned it into a multi-​million dollar company.

Adrienne Kallweit founded SeekingSitters in 2004 after struggling with her own child care needs. She was running her Private Investigation Firm and wanted to hire her son’s preschool teacher. She ran the teacher’s background investigation and was shocked at what she found: a variety of charges that raised questions about the teacher’s character. Yet, the teacher was still working at a public school. That’s when Adrienne started «seeking out her own sitters» that passed her stringent background checks.

She then saw a greater need — not just in her hometown — but nationwide.

Jennifer and Hardy Hill moved their family to Denver in 2009 for a business opportunity and to experience the beauty of Colorado. They are the proud parents of two daughters, ages 5 and 3 years old. After leaving family and close friends in Tennessee and Mississippi, they realized the value of trustworthy and reliable individuals to take care of their most valuable assets… their daughters.

Jennifer and Hardy found SeekingSitters Denver online and decided to try it. After a few months of experiencing the ease of requesting Certified Sitters who they could depend on and trust, Jennifer decided to pursue the opportunity to provide the same care they have received to other families. In addition to North, Central, and South Denver, the Hills also satisfy family requests in Douglas County!
