Sofa Mart

Here is another vote for Arie. He helped us choose the best sofa, chair, recliner for us. He was able to have it delivered very quickly and the delivery team was perfect. I would highly recommend Sofa Mart over AFW.

Bought a «leather» reclining sofa that started ripping and cracking 7 months after purchase. Leg rests aren’t leather and vinyl started cracking immediately. Soon after, creases started to appear in the seats and back. The paint/​stain cracked and the leather started ripping. This is seriously poor quality leather. It’s thin and not durable at all. Screws kept falling out of recliner mechanism. Fortunately, I could find them and put them back in, but really? Just kept happening. (I did buy a kids bed and dresser here that is fine. Just the sofa quality stinks.)

The employees here were friendly and helpful. The store’s lack of inventory is frustrating. We waited months for a chair to come in

Sucks, run away! I recently came in to speak to a Manager A.KA. Corporate tool about the poor quaility furniture I purchase a little over two and a half years ago. I was told for a charge I could purchase new cushions for my love seat, couch and chair. Upon checking I was told the company must have gone out of business. So basically I am out of luck. He looked me in the eyes and said there is nothing they could do, or go pound sand up your rear end. I am stuck with furniture that has flat shrinking cushions, springs poking up my ass. Furniture Row needs to spend more time on quality then F$cking NASCAR!

I got a follow up call. They didn’t do what they told me they were going to do originally but at least they did something. For that, I’ll up to 2 stars.

Great deal on a beautiful sofa! Arie is a great salesperson so ask for him! Huge selection and protection service. Custom sofa and they have tons of rugs too!

I’ll never shop here … Was here the night before got a price on something I loved… Came back next noting ready to purchase $ 1000 in chairs and ottoman … They wouldn’t honor the price … I told them I’m going to leave over 100 price difference split it with me $ 50 off… They wouldn’t I walked out sooooo sad and pissed I’ll never shop there ever !

My husband and I have purchased a sectional, a full bedroom set, a huge dining room table, head board and other various items over the course of 2 years from this location.
Most recently when our delivery came they didn’t bring our coffee table we ordered. They said they didn’t have it on the truck. So we called the store and even with the order number they couldn’t find the order. We called back the next day only to be given the run around and to be told we should just come pick it up ourselves. No apology, no offers to refund the delivery fee, nothing but bad customer service.
We came into the store and they once again couldn’t find our table. They told us there were two on the floor and to pick out which ever one we wanted. After looking at them we discovered both of them were damaged. I told them I’d prefer a new one and we would come back in a few days when it arrived.
We of course never revived a call telling us it arrived so when I called back I had to yet again be put on hold for 15 minutes while they tried to find my table. I was then told it would be in on Monday and they would call us… guess what… no call. So I called and was finally told they just don’t have it in their warehouse. Information that would have been great a month ago! I had them just refund the $ 600 coffee table then and there.
The worst part about this was that I was given no apology, not even the slightest bit of empathy. I didn’t care that the table wasn’t in, I was furious for the lack of communication and the horrific customer service.
We have spent almost 10k in that store. We will never return.

The selection is decent enough, though slightly over-​priced for the true quality. We were in the hunt for loco room furniture, chairs, tables, and rugs. We found a few recliners and a love seat we liked, but the delivery time was 2 weeks for chairs, and September for the love seat. Not even close for what we need! After looking into the furniture maker, I found some pretty negative
reviews, which makes me feel better about not making a purchase.
Keep looking elsewhere for lower quality furniture at a better price, or a higher priced store for more dependable pieces.

I wanted to quickly update. After I posted my review I was contacted by a customer service representative who assured me that the regional manager would contact me to resolve the issue. I have her my phone number and the regional manager called me and left a voicemail. I returned his call and he told me he was busy and would call me back. It has been 3 weeks and I haven’t heard from him. I stand by my earlier review. Don’t shop here. Even the people at the top don’t care about your experience.

Shawna is by far the rudest salesperson I’ve ever met. If you do happen to shop there, do yourself a favor and avoid her.

We shopped all over for a new couch and ended up buy here. The customer service was awesome. We really liked the no pressure sales and helpful staff. The sofa we got was a good value and we were able to customize so it fit our home perfect. Definitely worth a vist.

We like our sofa and got a great deal on it during a sale.
It’s the customer service that hasn’t impressed me. We had tons of problems with the delivery and I had to call the store several times – no one seemed to know what was going on and I spent a lot of time on hold. Then when the piece was delivered, parts were missing and we were told they’d come back. When no one came back, we called the store yet again, and determined the delivery people had forgotten about us.
They did finally bring the parts and complete the delivery.
I also was upset because I feel like they misrepresented their payment plans. They had a «48 mos no interest» sale and I made repeated comments that it would be great not to have to pay until 2017. The sales woman never corrected me, so I was disappointed to get a bill the next month showing I indeed do have to make monthly payments. Not a big deal, but I felt they were dishonest by not explaining that payments were still required.

Amazed to see a poor rating! I’ve purchased all of my livingroom furniture from SofaMart in Lone Tree and have nothing but praise for the quality of furniture, the professionalism of the staff and awesome customer service!
I purchased a leather set 7 years ago and it is still in fantastic condition, including the cushions. Since then, we have purchased all of our furniture from Furniture Row and would not go anywhere else. Judging from the quality of furniture and knowledgeable staff, there is simply no comparison to the other big store in town.

HORRIBLE!!! Never and I mean NEVER buy anything from these guys. The second you walk out the door you are on your own.
Bought a Love Seat and Chair. When picking up the employees loaded into the back of my truck and all seemed good. The items were shrink wrapped with heavy duty plastic. When we got home we unwrapped the items and found out the chair fabric was split down the side from being pulled too tight when it was made. Called Sofa Mart back and the sales people said it was no problem and a new chair would be in stock in two weeks. I wait two weeks, no phone call from Sofa Mart. I call back and there in no record of my issue. They assure me they will replace the chair but it will now be four weeks until the chair is in stock. I wait four weeks, no call from Sofa Mart. I call Sofa Mart again and they tell me there is a record of my issue but they don’t know why no one ever called me. The chair is in stock and they will deliver on Friday, they will first call on Thursday night to let me know what time the will deliver. Surprise, no phone call Thursday night. Call Sofa Mart AGAIN on Friday and they say they never said they were going to deliver anything and to make matters worse they now claim the chair should of been checked prior to taking off their property and now they don’t want to replace the chair. The «split fabric» is clearly a manufacture issue but Sofa Mart does not care!
American Furniture is down the street, NEVER EVER go to Sofa Mart!
