Suds Factory Car Wash and Detail

We received nothing short of an excellent car wash. It was by no means a «detail» but for $ 31.99 my SUV was wiped head to toe, all leather was treated with Armor All and no less than 6 people wiped my car clean. It felt like a «detail» job. It seems like it is difficult to find good help at a car wash in the burbs but this location does not seem to have this issue.

Very efficient operation they’ve got here. No upselling on car washes is a welcome change from the usual. Car came out clean and quickly.
The only problem is that they were playing Dr Phil on two TVs in the waiting room and they weren’t in sync. Luckily the outdoor waiting area is pleasant as well.

I highly recommend this business; they were able to fit me in immediately even though they were busy, finished in exactly the quoted time, and even did an impeccable job!

Good wash and attention to detail but incredibly slow! Car sat for 10 minutes waiting for drying guys to come out and finish it. Late for appointment as a result.

I paid $ 18. The interior was dirtier than when I dropped it off. Also, decent size scratch on door that I know was not there 2 days earlier. There was a cm water in my cupholders. While I was adjusting my seat, prior to driving, because they moved it all the way back, the man I tipped 50% honked at me because he was trying to move another car through. I guess he couldn’t speak English.

I’ve been coming to this Carwash for 3 years now. I am in the car biz. They make set deals with you and set up an account, then always changing up the program. They charge your credit card thats on file when and what ever they feel like charging. Then accuse customers of cheating them out of $ 8.99 washes when they are rain checks. After bring Benz S63’s, Ferrari’s, Lamborghini’s, Rolls Royces. And has paid $ 10’s of thousands of dollars in washes and 100’s of cars to them for business. Good thing there business is down I must be the only one that feels this way. Good thing I know everyone out south in Lone Tree and highlands ranch. It’s my goal to make sure nobody goes here! I DO NO RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY!!! BAD BUSINESS OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT! They have screwed up many of my cars in the 3 years and dry them off with sandy rags for that good nice deep swirl look! Wash at your own RISK!

So much better than many places I have been. Bought a gold wash and my car looks great. They even removed a stain from my passenger seat that others didn’t bother with. Pleasantly surprised.

Fairly quick, quality job. Windshield could have been a bit cleaner but they did a good job with the interior. $ 23 all in with tip for the gold package (includes tire shine and dusting/​vacuuming the interior).

Came in expecting a good car wash, you know, clean windows, doors, interior, etc. I was extremely disappointed to find numerous dirty aspects of my car when they were «all finished». I was also even shocked that one of the employees wouldn’t stop cleaning my car door until I tipped him, making it irritating to leave. If I wanted to have the quality of car wash that I received today, I could’ve just done it myself — only better. I won’t be returning here — EVER.

I highly advise you bring your car here! The detail shop performed miracles on my car, and the Detail Manager Donny was great to work with and gave me a really fair price for the excellent work they did. On top of all that, my wait time was short! I’m definitely coming back with my other car!

Let me preface this 5 star review by saying that I am extremely picky about my vehicle (as I assume you may be since you’re reading this,) and that even through my harsh critiques of automobile care, I’m standing behind a 5 star review.
Laney helped to guide me through what each «tier» of available washes included, Audrey was very courteous and friendly as the cashier, and Don, the detail manager went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience.
I will certainly be returning to Suds to get my next wash.

The woman who waits on you in line needs to speed things up. Instead of having a one-​on-​one conversation with each person in a car, find out what wash they want and move on.

If you don’t go on a Saturday afternoon after the snow melts with a sunny 7 day forecast ahead I’m sure you’d get in and out in no time.
Staff was very friendly and fast, as fast as they could be with the volume they were experiencing. Our car looks like new– inside and out. Unfortunately it doesn’t smell like a freshly cleaned vehicle. There could have been a little more detail on the AC and radio knob area though. Overall it was a decent job.

I got an interior detail on my minivan. While I did my best to clean it up a bit before hand, the damage of carting 4 kids under the age of 5 around had done its damage (thing apple sauce spills, ground up goldfish etc.), especially under the car seats. I expected to still see some residual stains after the cleaning, after all, even when I bought this car it had some residual stains. When I came to pick up the car I was shocked by how spectacular it looked. EVERYTHING was spotless, no more stains of any sort, no sticky goo in the cup holders, it looked as if this car had never seen a kid in its life. I doubt the car looked this good when it was brand new. I would highly recommend the interior service, it was reasonably priced and restored my car to a level of clean I didn’t believe was possible. THANK YOU!

Reasonable prices and i was very pleased with the gold wash. Left my car sparkly clean inside and out!

Great deal for a quick wash and detail. The wash and hand dry make your car shiny for days, and they’ll do a quick vacuum and wipe-​down all for $ 15 and about 15 minutes. Easy stop during a lunch break with time left to pick up food.

The kind folks at Suds made my little red car shiny and clean. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The service is efficient. They did a great job cleaning, washing, and waxing my baby. The store has a nice waiting room with a TV and snacks, and of course novelty gifts, because those are the hallmarks of a full-​service car wash. We opted to sit in the shady area outside. This is a great place to get your car washed; a full menu of prices and services awaits you.

Dropped my car off in the morning, picked it up around 3 p.m. and couldn’t believe my eyes. It looked better than when I bought the car!
Interior detailing for my 2010 Subaru Outback was $ 115 — the whole interrior was scrubbed, vaccumed and wiped down. It also includes an exterior wash and rub down.
I’ll definitely be back to this location in the future. My one ‘would be nice to have’ comment is that I’d love if there were a shuttle option. Because the detailing takes a significant amount of time, I’d love to be able to drop my car off and catch a ride to work (~1 mile away).

This used to be the only car wash I would take my vehicle to. The price is competitive, the quality WAS fantastic and couldn’t be beaten. Unfortunately, the quality has slipped here. I thought it was a fluke the last couple of times, but unfortunately it just seems to be the new norm.
What used to end up with a spotless car now ends up with hardly washed floor mats, a quick wipe down of the interior, streaks of muddy water by the time I get home, and they use the same rag to clean the interior windows as they do to dry the exterior — meaning I can hardly see out of my windshield when I drive away because of the awful streaking.
