Um yea, it’s a solid 2 stars all the way. The grilled cheese needs a lot of work. It has seasoning and no butter that I could tell. So move on.

Two workers just watched as I was ready to order and three other ladies were trying to make up their minds. Wish I could have been helped.

hair at the bottom of the order. I ordered the classic melt. I had eaten most of it and wasn’t looking for a refund. phill said they would be more careful next time. a drink or dessert(not that I would have taken it) would have been better customer service.

You are hard pressed to get food in a timely manner. If they get wrong, they blame the customer. If you go to the register you seem to get your food faster than if you self order. These kid are young, distracted some of them should not be in customer facing roles. Never again… and hope they are replaced with something better!

«Confusion Junction» I felt the steak lover grilled cheese and naked fries were good. I think Phillip, the cashier could use some training on communication skills. I asked if my sandwich came with fries and he said no, so I ordered a side of fries and ended up with 2 side orders of fries because my sandwich did in fact come with fries. Also, I ordered a bottle of water and was given tap in a cup… maybe he couldn’t hear that order? Then, myself and another customer figured out they call your initials when your food is ready, though as new customers, we had no idea. The kid’s meal man-n-cheese is delicious. I like that it comes with apple slices… healthier than fries.

Was looking forward to trying this place out. Got the bacon cheeseburger fries and coke. Underwhelmed. Burger wasn’t impressive at all. Fries were pretty good.

I had high hopes as the place looks like it has potential. I ordered the bacon bbq burger, well dressed fries and a shake. $ 17 later I was very disappointed. The burger patty was just ok. Seems like it was frozen. Fries are not bad, but not worth the $ 4. Shake sucked. I recommend taking a 5 minute drive to Juicy burger. It will be $ 5 bucks cheaper and blow this place away. I predict this place will be gone in 6 months.

15 people in line. One cashier. Ridiculous. Who managing this place? Too slow to get order and any food. Open another line. Busy day and only one person. Crazy.

Food was nothing special. $ 10 for grilled cheese, soup abbey a drink. You have to use a self-service i-pad to order and the staff is less than friendly/helpful. I wouldn’t waste my time our money again.

I went here today when doing some shopping at the Park Meadows Mall. I thought this was an interesting concept and how could anything so cheesy be anything but delicious? However the food seemed pretty average and nothing to rave about.

Our order took over 10 minutes to fill which would be fine if our food would have been hot or even warm. We had a burger and fries and they were both cold. We would have taken them back but we didn’t have time to wait for another to be made.

I had the Steak melt and I could barely tell if there was steak in it, seriously, it’s ground up real fine and you can’t see it, unless they forgot? The melt was like a chicken salad, not even like real cheese, I could easily have done better my self. No regular fountain drinks just over priced little cans, they were out of their imitation cola, VERY disappointed!

Over priced hamburger place. Only came here because my daughter wants to try. Well, first and last time. A little hamburger was $ 5.45 and 6oz small French fries is $ 3.85. Looks good from the picture but they are very small size.

It’s a bit pricey but once you try it and realize how fresh everything taste, then it’s worth it

Nothing exceptional here. We had two burgers and the burgers were ok. I’d rather go to a dedicated burger place like Larkburger or Crave for my burger fix. The grilled cheese sandwiches looked good so maybe I’ll have to try one next time. Overall for the food court options this may be a place to try, but I’d stick with Chick Fil A, Chipotle, and or Charley’s if you want better food in the Park Meadows food court.

So I’ve been looking forward to going to The Melt since I frequent Park Meadows food court thanks to the proximity of my 9 – 5. The food is all organic, even the plastic cups are made from veggies(if I remember correctly). The soda is all natural sugar cane instead of all that high fructose corn syrup every other fast food joint uses. Plus the food is actually pretty dang tasty, especially the Poppyseed Burger Buns!!! I love Poppyseed!!! So you’re probably wondering if I loved it so much why did I only give it 3 stars? Well the answer to that is the food though tasty… wasn’t very filling. In fact I finished my entire meal… hungry. That alone isn’t enough for me to give it 3 stars, and in fact if this was the only thing I would give this place 4 stars. What happened was they forgot my drink. It seems this place doesn’t have all their«systems & processes» in place yet, either that or the employees need a bit more training. After I ordered my food no one got me my drink. In fact I had to ask for it twice before I finally got my Root Beer(which was yummy). All that being said when I came back up to get a refill 20 – 30 minutes later they did remember me, and my drink so they refilled it without me having to ask. Overall: I’m going to give this place another chance in a few months so if the experience is better I’ll update this and let you all know!

Melt… you’d think there would be cheese. Ordered the Mac Daddy. It was the saddest grilled cheese I ever had. Bread was dry, mac and cheese wasn’t creamy at all. They should use a recipie with a bechamel sauce. Sooooooo Dry! The Caesar salad was pretty good. So the 2 stars are for that. Fries were pretty good, crispy but perhaps too much salt. Won’t be going back.

Gave this place a try while we were out shopping at the mall. I tried the steak and cheese melt, my wife had the number one with a cookies and cream shake, and we got our son the Mac n cheese kids meal with French fries. The food was all pretty good but the prices for what looks like a fast food restaurant are through the roof! Also, I got a lemonade which was good but they only fill up half the cup. Suffice to say say I was a little disappointed with the price.

Went to the grand opening today and ordered the steak grilled cheese with sweet potatoes and iced tea. They are very friendly and the menu seems very interesting. A good addition to the choices of restaurant at the Mall. The burger combo looks good but I am going to have to wait to try that next time.

Came here for the pre grand opening. They were giving away free meals and had a very long line. First day I got the Monterey burger with well dressed fries. The burger was very tasty with the perfect amount of spice. The fries were excellent as well. Cam back the next day and got the Mac daddy. Even better than the burger. Also changed to sweet potato fries which I would suggest is the way to go. Can wait for this place to open and be a permanent fixture in the mall. Even though it was free, I would gladly pay the listed price for our meals.
