The doctor was decent but his office staff (especially receptionist) was beyond abysmal. On a Monday morning I called for an appointment. After waiting on hold for 20+ minutes to make that appointment (cell phones keep record of call time), they hung up on me. I called back and pressed 0 for the operator. Marie answered the phone and said I would have to go back in the queue. I had already been on hold for 20 minutes before they hung up on me to which she replied «I didn’t hang up on you». I said «Do you work for this company? Then you hung up on me». She replied sarcastically «whatever». I was completely taken aback. What in the world? I thought, there is no way, with all the doctors in this area, that I would ever want to go back to a place that treats their patients like this.
