23rd Street Apartments

I’ve been living here for a little over 4 months now and I’m still so satisfied with my decision to move here for many reasons.
1. Quality– Hardwood floors in living room, hallway, and bedroom. Tile floors (not laminate) in kitchen/​dining area and bathroom. Granite counter top in kitchen. Overall the place feels modern even though the building has been around for a while. The only downside is that it still has the old fashion crank windows (but they work very well and don’t get stuck).
2. Storage– Tons of closet space in bedroom and hallway. Also plenty of cabinets in bathroom and kitchen.
3. Location– Not only is it a safe neighborhood, but I absolutely love being right across the street from Target and Trader Joe’s! There are also a lot of restaurants within walking distance.
4. Ample Parking– No matter what time or day, I’ve always been able to find parking right away.
5. Quiet/​Friendly Neighbors– Everyone here is very respectful and polite.
6. Responsiveness– I haven’t had any major issues, but any time I’ve had minor problems, such as my garbage disposal not working properly, the property manager, Val, took care of it right away. His customer service has been above and beyond my expectations.
7. Laundry Facility– On site laundry facility is clean and all but once I haven’t had to wait to use it.
The only reasons I didn’t give this place 5 stars is because of the older style windows and because there aren’t laundry hook-​ups in the unit.
