The crew at 7 point construction are nothing short of amazing. They remodeled the majority of my home and did a superb job. I was constantly amazed at the attention to detail and the wonderful customer service (thanks Jessica) provided. Don’t take a chance on subpar work, call Josh.

Sometimes dealing with a company is a pleasure, and sometimes it’s nothing but trouble. 7 Point Construction is a pleasure. When another company gave us a far out date for fabrication of our countertops, we found ourselves in a bind. 7 Point was amazing; they jumped on it and guaranteed us a quick turnaround. They came to measure the next day. Their crew was friendly and precise. They kept in great communication. I will follow up this review on the quality of their fabrication, but I have no doubt, it will be as professional and thoughtful as they are. They are a rare company in construction.

I remodeled my entire condo last year — everything, from drywall to floors, to plumbing, electrical, all bathrooms, kitchen, balcony, fireplace and even closets. My project was a complete tear down and start over within a condo complex! It was a major project and it went incredibly smoothly. The entire team at 7 Point Construction is wonderful, friendly, and very professional from start to finish. I live out of the area as this condo is my second residence, but throughout the weeks, Jessica would send me pictures of the progress and Josh was always available for updates and questions. they were all very responsive and dedicated to the job and to my satisfaction. The results were EXACTLY what i dreamed of if not better. they are honest and reliable and work very heard at exceeding the customers expectations. I would never hire anyone else for any other projects. 7 point construction is AWESOME!

7 Point Construction is a high quality company. They were hard working, friendly and did an excellent job on remodeling our bathroom and adding a bathroom in my son’s room. They were more expensive than another bid we got, but they were well worth the extra expense.

Josh and his crew are amazing! I have used his company for years and he has exceeded my expectations each and every time. Full remodels. Kitchens, baths, painting inside and out, total copper plumbing aside from maintanence on all of our properties. And he answers his phone and is on time! Shocking for a contractor! Love this company!

I purchased my first home last year and was a little nervous because it was a complete fixer upper. Lucky for me, I found 7 Point Construction. I met with Josh and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He provided the creative vision that a first time home owner lacks. I was amazed by the things 7 Point Construction did that I never thought was possible. From knocking down walls to have a open concept floor plan; to moving the laundry room to the garage; adding a door to access the garage from inside the home; to completely changing the entire layout of the kitchen and bathroom; changing the wood burning fireplace to gas; enlarging the closet space in 2 rooms; and adding recess ceiling with LED. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work Josh and his crew did. I want to thank 7 Point Construction for turning a house into my home.

I had 7 Point Construction come back and finish my 2^nd house remodel and they killed it. I had them do full electrical, copper piping, replaced all windows, knocked out walls, and a million other things and I’m very satisfied with the work. Can’t wait to get my 3^rd house and start a new project with them.

Josh Espinoza and his crew from 7 Point Construction have been a blessing in disguise. I took over a commercial space for remodel into a personal training studio and it looks amazing! The work required included a complete interior demolition, exposed ceiling work, completely new flooring, demo. of old bathroom remodel a new one, and front exterior paint. The work took 6 weeks total and looks phenomenal. The attention to detail, paint colors, remodeled bathroom, interior, and exterior look better than imagined with such professionalism the entire time. Highly recommend 7 Point Construction for construction work as they have an abundance of experience and know exactly what they are doing.

Josh and his crew are amazing!!! They’re very professional — clean and timely. I had a pool house remodeled/​updated and I’m very happy with the result. I highly recommend them and, if I’m ever to need any more work done, Josh will be the first phone call I make.
