History

Established in 1978.

Purchased by Jim Utterback and his partner Dean in 1978 and re-​named Century 21 Action!, the firm was initially opened in 1972. The training and licensing entity was established as Action Real Estate School Jim has been training successful agents since that time, and still teaches most of the live training classes personally. Jim has been a mentor and effective sales coach thoughout most of his lifetime. Come learn from a legend in the local real estate community.

Manager

Jim Utterback came into real estate with 30 years of sales and sales management. Raising seven kids on straight commission meant he HAD to succeed.

He shares his strategies and work ethic to make others become more successful more quickly and consistently. He helps people short-​cut the learning curve and improve their rate of success in the industry. Action School will help you expedite the licensing process and to better prepare you for your new career!
