It’s taken me nearly a year to get around to posting this review, but I would be remiss if I did not let the world know how I feel about Alex and his fabulous team.
Alex and team helped me and my family find and secure our dream home in Oceanside LI and he made us feels as though we were his number one priority throughout the entire process!
I HIGHLY recommend the Alex Rubin team to anyone who is looking to buy a home on Long Island. He is a pleasure to work with and will ensure you are totally satisfied in the end.

Alex Rubin is a true professional. Despite the current market, and the conditions of homes after Super Storm Sandy, especially in Long Beach and Island Park, he was able perform a miracle and sell the home, purchased by my parents, way back in the 1950’s. Despite many homes for sale and in foreclosure in the immediate area, Alex was not deterred.
Approximately 4 months after our initial contact with Alex, he was able to assess the house and property, present it online with photographs, market it and finally sell it. We just had the closing, less than a week ago, and Alex was present at the closing to make sure all the «T’s» were crossed and the «i’s» dotted.
He knows every nuance of the market of the South Shore of Long Island, and every detail of the buying and selling process.
Buying and selling Real Estate is a complicated process for us «civilians», but Alex makes it look easy. Together with his Team, he made selling our house, from long distance (I live in Connecticut) an easy and stressless process.
I would and will recommend Alex (and his Team) to anyone that is interested in buying and/​or selling Real Estate.
