If you want authentic mexican food at your next event, call Arcelia. I attended a party recently and had her tacos for the first time. Served great authenic chicken and carne asada tacos, beans and rice with all the trimmings. Great chips and variety of salsas and pico de gallo too. Plenty of food and great service during the entire event. She prides herself in not running out of food. Call her, and she will arrive with her taco cart and assistants in tow.
