Jeff Farsai is an absolutely amazing photographer with the uncanny ability to capture the light, energy, passion and love in those he shoots. Working with Jeff was just what an engagement session should be: A BLAST! We felt comfortable right from the start and Jeff went out of his way to send us a detailed itinerary. Jeff did my wedding photography and I was so happy with the results. It was such a pleasure to work with him. He was super responsive and took note of the photo examples I sent him on pinterest with only about an hours notice before the wedding. He really went above and beyond. I was also worried there might be weird shadows, because the artificial light inside the church is not well balanced and there was no natural light — but he had great equipment and they came out perfectly. Jeff was also great at finding ways to capture different angles while being respectful of the ceremony that was taking place. I was so grateful that he took control of organizing people for the family portraits — he made sure to balance out the groups and politely gave notes to people so that they could come out their best. I couldn’t be happier with his professionalism and the results.

I hired Jeff to photograph my proposal in Long Beach and he did a great job! His candid shots captured the whole thing almost as a play-​by-​play. As my fiancé and I look through the photos we’re able to relive everything we were feeling and thinking during each moment/​photo. Jeff was also able to capture everything from different angles and vantages, which I found impressive.
He is easy to work with, friendly, and made us feel at ease even though it was our first time being photographed by a professional. His pricing is also fair. I highly recommend Jeff!

Jeff is a solid professional and very easy to work with. He has great, positive energy and it shows as you can see his passion for photography. It can be «occasionally» difficult to find humble people in Los Angeles to work with, so it was like a breath of fresh air to work with someone of his caliber and humility. My wife and I did a 5 year anniversary photo shoot and the photos came out exactly like what we wanted. My wife and I highly recommend Jeff and wish him continued success in following his passion!

Jeff is such a talented and knowledgeable photographer. It was so wonderful working with him! We took our engagement photos on the beach, and he immediately knew the poses that would be best suited for the pier and sand. He responds very quickly to emails, and his photos look amazing. Jeff has great direction with photography. He can easily understand his client’s need and provide a professional solution. I came to him for some photography and enjoyed the process. The results were great and I appreciated his professionalism during the shoot. From my experience it is always a tough thing to get in front of the camera no matter how experienced you are, and Jeff was able to draw out and capture moments that otherwise would not have been possible. He has a great sense of humor and is really easy to work with. I am glad to have worked with him and hope to use his services again in the near future.

Jeff is awesome! I should just leave this review at that but I am sure everyone wants me to elaborate more so I shall do so.
First off, he’s very professional, knows exactly what you want and knows exactly what to do to achieve both what you want and what looks RIGHT. Photography is all about perception, and I trust his perception. As an aspiring Plus Size model it is very important for me to have a variety of pictures and poses that are not just good pictures, they have to be GREAT and or WOW… and that’s exactly what I got from Jeff. At the same time he is a very cool individual and I felt comfortable around him, thus explains one of the many reasons why my pictures came out awesome!
He is fast, which is something I definitely appreciate and look for when working with a photographer; and his turn around time for pictures is fast as well. I don’t know how this man does it!
Anyway, needless to say I will be working with him again in the near future; and I am 100% sure that if you choose to work with him you will feel the same as I do!

Thanks to my wonderful sister my fiancé and I got the pleasure of having Jeff complete our engagement photos in Laguna Beach just this past August.
He was super relaxed, warm, and seemed to genuinely enjoy shooting us. He gave great direction and we really loved the whole experience! As for the photos; my mom gave the best compliment and said how she wishes 30 years ago Jeff was around to take photos like ours for her and my dad. How sweet!
Jeff remembered emails that I had shared with him of photos that I liked and even pulled his phone out to look at the email and make sure he had gotten the shots I was hoping for. The photos are just a dream– I am looking forward to hanging them around our home, giving them framed to family members, and of course for our save-​the-​dates. Thank you for your tremendous work!

A few years back I worked at a small magazine and felt like I needed more photographers on our roster. Some fresh pair of eyes would be great. I happened upon Jeff’s webpage and loved his sport shots. If he can do that with a surfing shot he’ll definitely wow with a fashion shoot. He came out to our office and his demeanor made me want to get to know him and his work. We were able to collaborate at a cute boutique hotel in Long Beach (Jeff’s suggestion) and the shoot looked wonderful! It was a true collaboration from the models to the hair/​makeup and especially Jeff and his team. If I was still at that magazine or any publication/​shoot for that matter, I would definitely love to collaborate with Jeff again. His talent and enthusiasm was a joy to know. I’m so happy for his success!

I have had the pleasure of having Jeff Farsai shoot for me on multiple occasions. I have interviewed and worked with various photographers through the years and it can be hard to distinguish the professionals to those who just own an expensive camera during an interview process.
Without doubt Jeff Farsai is a true professional. It is clear from the start that his educational background, passion for photography, and personality make him a perfect fit for all occasions.
One of Jeff’s best qualities is his ability to adapt to any situation and make you and the people around you comfortable while he is shooting. Great guy and great work! What more can you ask for? Overall, he’s been amazing and very easy to work with for wedding photography.
When my fiancée and I were picking out a photographer, we wanted to make sure that they would make us feel comfortable but also would be willing to put up with my OCD tendencies. We talked to a few different people and chose him because of his personality and his willingness to work with us.
During the engagement shoot, he made us feel relaxed and comfortable during the whole time. Honestly, this made the photo shoot not only fun to do but also produced great shots! He was open to our ideas and gave us great feedback about some thing he saw in the shoot. For your wedding you wouldn’t want to look back and say, well i wish that could have been better, you’ll never be able to recreate these shots.
We’re excited to have him for our wedding and look forward to updating this post then.
Jeff did a great job of pulling out our personalities and capturing the moment. Cannot ask for anything better. Totally a relax guy and will listen to what you have to say. Hands down, hire this guy!
