Berliner Weisse was crisp and sour and good. Brewers are friendly. Fun trying their experiments during the propagation series.

There was a special bottle release and I came to try their beer and buy some bottles. I waited in line for like 2 hours, got 4 bottles and tried out the different things in the tasting room. The staff was the same as the staff in the main brewery, and Gregg is obviously the man. The beer was great, the people are great? What else can I say? I can’t wait for more!

Attended the Cascade Brewing sour event on Monday, Oct. 5 and the space is perfect for a tasting room setup. The blendery was open only for the Cascade Brewing event, and in the interim will only be open for Beachwood bottle releases, and then once the sours are ready the tasting room will open.
