I stopped here because I wanted to pick up a apple and banana for my lunch at work. This market is open early. I was there at 7:50am. I walked in and there are two or three check out lines with the old school carousel conveyor. The market is a fair size with 4 – 5 aisles that carry the essentials. Produce, paper products, canned goods, cereal, and a meat counter. Produce is not top notch. The produce is the second, maybe third hand rejected by the major grocery chains. Discolored, bruised, ugly overall but you can still find some good ones. I did a quick walk up and down the aisles to see what they had. Probably not the market to go to if you are doing your weekly shopping but a great place to stop for a quick pick up of something you forgot or to pick up the ingredients you need for that nights dinner. I’ll use this place as my last minute, quick, last minute idea, no other option stop. Check out person was nice and she was bilingual.

You may or may not have to rely on your Spanish skills to get you by at the meat counter but for the price, its definitely worth it! I got 2 pounds of carne asada for around $ 5, out of this world. Also, the groceries and produce is super cheap too! Go check it out!

Great customer service! I have gotten quite a few things from their meat/deli counter. It’s a small little market but chances are, they have what you’re looking for. Especially if its chicharrones…
