Wow I’ve been living here now for 2 years and it’s been the best. Mrs Richey is very attentive and fixes any problems right away. Rent is wonderful as well as the location. It’s really hard to think I’ll ever move away. It’s super safe with the gate around as well as the cameras.

My husband and I were tenants at the Blue Note for about a year. We loved living here, the price point was just right for a studio apt and was clean and cozy. Jason and Laura are great landlords and are very attentive to any requests you may have.

I couldn’t have ever asked for better landlords, I have been at blue note for almost 4 years and THEY are the reason I stay! you’ll never find another landlord as nice and sweet as them. I would recommend them to anyone! Even the smallest request they make sure the job gets done. amazing people!
