Focusing primarily on Bankruptcy and Immigration, they have successfully represented clients through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 in bankruptcy, and obtained L-​1 visas for intra-​company transfers, H-​1B visas for persons in specialty occupations, and a variety of both family-​based visas as well as non-​family based visas such as the T-​1.

Business Owner

Attorney Jason J. Boyer is a Partner at Boyer Tadros Law. With his primary focus on Bankruptcy, Mr. Boyer provides debt relief and financial solutions to his clients. He strives to help people paralyzed by debt, collections, and financial hardship. Mr. Boyer has successfully represented clients through Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies.

Attorney Alice Tadros is a Partner of Boyer Tadros Law. Her practice focuses on immigration and litigation. Ms. Tadros’ immigration law practice is focused on both family-​based visas, as well as professional and corporate-​related immigration needs. Ms. Tadros has worked with clients to obtain L-​1 visas for intra-​company transfers, H-​1B visas for persons in specialty occupations, a variety of family-​based visas, and other visas such as the T-​1 visas.
