John J Gilligan… the worst ever! They charge for replying to emails In ½hr increments @ a whopping $ 300/​hr rate I went to his office to prepare for court date and he told the receptionist «Tell him I’m not available» and send me with a paralegal, as I walked to the paralegal office we passed by his office and he was there with his feet up on the desk relaxing! The day of the court date he shows up late with an IPad and a faulty laptop to try to have a Mediation session!
This guy is not going to represent you! His is going to set you up to pay him retainer & bogus fees for as long as possible… If someone refers him RUN RUN RUN!

Our request to for spousal support modification was granted and the respondents request for attorney fees denied. These people know what they are doing, and do it fast. It was the best legal representation I’ve ever experienced. We will save close to $ 40,000.00 over the next two years. This is the attorney you want on your side in the courtroom!

John Gilligan. No! RUN FAST. When I hired him, he said my divorce would be over in 2 months, or 3 months at the max. 16 months later & I lost everything. Literally Everything. After first court appearance, I ask Gilligan how I was supposed to eat?
He said: «That’s not my business. Go get food stamps like everyone else does.»
After last court hearing? He stood up from his chair and walked out of courtroom & left me sitting…

Exactly as Sasha says. I paid more than $ 50k in one year and I’s now in more disadvantage position than when I started with BGD&D. They tried to do accounting in-​house and what a mess that created.
