Loved this place! I went in with a tall order: I want it now and I want it in stock and I want it delivered today. Done. Done and done. Loved the selection and the quality of the items. This place is a gem for outdoor furniture and related items.

I would have rated this place higher but their delivery service was what made me give it a three star. The staff was very knowledgeable and the show room is very big and has a lot of products. Some of the products you can get through catalogs. Their prices are great. We did price out our fire pit at other places. The problem was the delivery guy. The store had to search for the delivery guy two times for me. First he was only about three blocks away and I gave it may be 10 minutes. He didn’t arrive for another 35 to 40 minutes. I don’t know what he did. Maybe went to lunch? I was told a delivery Time of 1 PM to 3 PM. But I didn’t even get my fire pit until 4 PM. I took the afternoon off for this. When I asked the delivery guy if he got lost three blocks away, he said well what do you mean. I told him the store last tracked his truck three blocks away and what did he do for 40 minutes? He didn’t look too happy. But whatever. Again, I am happy with the product and the staff at the store. If you decide to order from this place. Make sure you tell them you heard about the bad delivery service just so they can make sure to talk to their delivery guy first.

Very helpful– we had our sling furniture re slung and refinished touched up. They did a pick up– did the work in a timely manner and returned it to the back yard! Great job! As good as new!

Another great experience from CA Homes Spas and Patio. We decided it was time to update our tired patio furniture. We shopped around to compare and measure quality and price. This store has the best quality stuff and the prices are competitive with many stores who sell much lower quality product. What really impressed us was that this store is so large that they had the inventory in their warehouse and delivered it the following week. Other higher-​end stores we shopped at would have to order it and promised it 6 – 8 weeks away. We vacationed in our backyard last weekend. The delivery crew was professional, polite, and timely. Jeff was our salesperson and was the most knowledgeable of the products and inventory of any of the stores we shopped. This store also has the largest selection of patio furniture and everything else you need for the backyard. This is a very cool store. I shop around because I don’t want buyers remorse but after 2 great experiences here, I’ve just been wasting my time. It’s quite a drive for us from Westlake Village but well worth it. Thank you!!!

Definitely the place to go to have your backyard done! We purchased a spa and patio furniture from Cal Home Spas & Patio a few months back and I’m very pleased with our new backyard! Jeff Black– the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and was able to help us select what we wanted and get it delivered and set up within our time frame. This is a true example of a great local family run business. We also got to meet both Jeff’s children as they also work in the showroom with him! How cool is that? It was an all around great experience and I would recommend checking this place out if you’re in the market for spas, bbqs, patio furniture, umbrellas and more!

Completely Satisfied with my shopping experience.

We’ve had our spa now for about 3 weeks and as promised all is better than GREAT. I need to complement the crew that worked very hard to insure all went well for this customer’s full satisfaction. There are a few things I’d like to point out:
1. They first came out to do a site survey to be sure everything runs as planned and on schedule. Thank you Raul!
2. The crew that showed up to remove the old tub couldn’t have been more friendly and professional and QUICK they knew what they were doing and just did it!
3. When I was preparing for the new installation they responded to every phone call (and there were more than a few) and answered every question we asked… thank you again Raul. They even work with my personal electrician to insure all was in order.
4. The same crew showed up as scheduled and the installation went so smooth and seamless we were soaking in new spa enjoyment that very evening!

Our whole experience was nothing but great service. It was proven to us that this business had all the knowledge and experience they promised! These guys will help you with everything! They’d even give you the shirt right off their back to make sure you’re happy and satisfied! Ask Anthony!!! Just purchased a fantastic bbq island for our new home and the staff was great and very professional! My husband loved the bbq and we have been using it every night almost! It was delivered and set up in no time and the staff was even great with my escape artist dog (one guy ended up just holding her and petting her when they needed the gate opened). Couldn’t be more happy with the product of the service! Thanks!

Talk about Customer Service and a desire to earn you as a repeat customer –this business has it in spades! Kevin Quinn gave us great service. Once when we called to ask a question and Kevin was off for the day the owner called back to ensure we got our answers. We started buying patio furniture with them then expanded into outdoor kitchen appliances. They beat Internet pricing and have great deliver service as well. We will be back!

Marc and Jeff were awesome! My parents needed a spa for the backyard and they totally helped us find one and install it too, it was also cool that the installation wasn’t a hassle or anything because we have had some monster stories in the past with our backyard stuff. My parents are really into spending time outside and they had nothing but good things to say about this place, they said they are always gunna come back here!

My husband and I purchased a patio set last year the week before labor day weekend. We got the furniture on display and they delivered it within that following week as promised. 1 table, 4 chairs and an umbrella. The chairs are the most comfortable chairs you will ever sit in! We definitely spent more then we expected but I am now pregnant and I am looking forward to spending my summer on those chairs and underneath the beautiful umbrella! All the furniture still looks great, although the cover seems to be falling apart a bit. Other then the cover falling apart and the furniture being a bit pricey for us, everything went smooth, they were not pushy and we would definitely go to them again.

Large showroom and selection of patio furniture. Quality of the products seem good and I thought the prices were reasonable. Looks like some of the reviewers knocked them on customer service after they bought the products, so I cannot confirm or deny the issues. When I get ready to buy a set, I’ll let you know then.

Wanted to provide an update on trying to order two more additional chairs. Suggested to CA Home Spas & Patio that they provide me with a discount on this additional order. They never even returned my call or e-​mail. I then reached out to «Outdoor Elegance» located in La Verne (
). Provided the part number for the chairs. They provided an excellent price and delivered such chairs in only two weeks.

This place has a lot of really nice stuff. Super fancy, nice feeling, comfortable, pretty stuff. Hot tubs, swim spas, umbrellas, bbq’s, patio furniture. I’m not an expert in the field, but this is all high end stuff.
Most of the salespeople have been really nice and helpful, they seem knowledgeable about their products.
The stuff in here is expensive, even compared to other high end stores that sell similar stuff.
There is plenty of free, dedicated parking. For me, this is more of a window shop kind of place to get ideas for something I might try to find another time at a home show or the fair.

After calling 10 other stores in the LA area pricing out an American Fyre fireplace, these guys by far had the best price in town. Their customer service was impeccable. My fireplace was delivered on time and assembled quickly. I had inspection issues with the city of LA and the store helped me immediately with all of the specs that I requested.
Top notch all around. I can’t wait to buy a hot tub from them to match my fancy fireplace!

This store was great. We have bought a few times in the past from them. This time, we had a great purchase experience. The install for the BBQ and Spa were smooth. I had one small follow up call to the owner and he was spot on, helpful.
I’ll continue to buy there.

These place is great. New to the spa world, recently purchased a spa from well known name/​other place only to find the brochure for chemical/​maintenance was really a science project & had no relevance to MY spa. Just spent 6k on the damn thing, really bummed. My wife talked me into this place. Kevin Quinn salvaged my faith, with a really easy daily-​use-​through-​year routine chart specifically catered to MY spa. Purchased a patio set too– in general sets are pricey, they have decent prices with quality (lasting) feel. Kevin threw-​in a rubber ducky, too. (Named him chuck) Guess he saw my pain. What real guy doesn’t have a rubber duck in their tub?!

Purchased a spa a few months ago. Good experience overall but failed to post a review. Called yesterday regarding a service issue and my problem was taken care of immediately. Thank you!

When we first bought our spa I would have given this place 4 – 5 stars but after having to call them FOR ANYTHING outside of spending more money I would given them .1 stars.
When we first purchased the spa they told us they could level it on our patio for 250 extra dollars. The guy who delivered assured us it was fine without leveling it. After a month or two we saw how slanted it was and wanted it leveled. We called back and the guy was like «okay but it will be 350 dollars since we have to come back. After realizing how futile it was to argue we agreed. The guys who came to do the job were the same ones who delivered the spa and were offensively rude and would barely speak to us or answer any questions. We called and complained and were assured the guys who came out would be «spoken to» and were probably just having a bad day.
After a year the spa began to leak. They had to remove the spa to take it in for service. That was the beginning of January. I called to complain that we needed the spa as soon as possible since the whole reason we bought the spa was due to a medical condition. We were told the contracted company was excellent and would make sure it was returned as soon as possible. The guy who I spoke with had a tone that said «I really couldn’t care less».
It has been over a month and we are still waiting and are told over and over next week… I WILL NEVER BUY A TUB FROM THESE LOSERS and urge anyone to think twice. BTW, they overcharge for chemicals and you can buy them on line for a fraction of the price.
Just to add to the story… I thought maybe these guys would see how dissatisfied we were and try and make good but NOPE they called and said we needed to come and get the spa or else they would sell it on ebay for a dollar. They were upset for this review which I would have gladly removed had they tried to make the customer happy but instead they were vindictive a-​holes and now the review will remain.

The pictures tell most of the story. This is a huge warehouse with a front showroom offering a large selection of spas, patio furniture, BBQs and supplies at a little higher pricing than you can find in other locations. Half the fun is in the search. A vast clearance area offers some discounting mostly in patio furniture. Other than that, I would not let them do my landscaping (palm trees need room to grow straight and tall… like your kids).
