I like the workers here. Fast and efficient and friendly might I add. They always have deals and if you have your coupon, it’s even better. They also have their own rewards app where you accumulate points and get good deals.

I am really disappointed with my last visit. I ordered a double western with no bacon, criss cut fries and a spritE but what I got was a western WITH bacon, regular fries and a coke. I told them about the coke when they handed it to me and I didn’t get an apology just an attitude and then the sprite. When I checked the bag and seen the regular fries and told the cashier I ordered criss cut fries she looked at me blankly and said nothing… no apology… no trying to fix it… nothing. I was irritated with the whole exchange just accepted the order and left. Then when I get home there’s bacon on the burger… it’s like they didn’t listen to my order at all. I usually would never go out of my way to write all this but it was a really bad experience and I won’t be returning. I’ll take my business to in n out which is around the corner and my order is always right and service is always awesome.

I can’t think of 1 single time where I’ve gone to this location and got a warm burger & fries. The kicker is, I even ask for my burger ‘well done’ thinking it will have them put it back on the grill… Nope! This location really needs to step it up.

Awful! … the worst fast food experience we had in our life. —- maybe we can blame it on the full moon. Scary… stay away. I would go anywhere else nearby — this place is icky!
Cold Chicken Tenders… soggy fries… everything tasted salty. Service was weird-​they asked us to park while they made our order near homeless people. Then they came out with 1 little paper bag that had about 10lbs of food in it — and forgot all the sauces. No ketchup, no ranch, no honey mustard. ah!

I agree with most of the other recent reviews on here. Went to the drive through and though I know it is fast food and is probably not going to be gourmet the burger was horrible. I ordered a big Carl when I received it — it was cold and so were my fries they seem like they’ve been sitting for a while. Disappointed to say the least. The best thing I got today was my sprite. :/​and I’m giving 2 stars because the drive thru girl was nice and they were pretty quic with my food. Too quic kinda

I work late and this is always the place to go for a quick meal late at night. I’ve never had a bad meal from here and LINDA at the drive-​thru window is the sweetest person you will ever meet. I actually look forward to seeing her when I pick up my food. Keep it up Carl’s… You’re my fave.

Having lunch with my nephew. The service here is outstanding! I witnessed the gal taking the order from a disable American vet be especially kind & attentive to his requests for double wrapping & double bagged sandwiches. (He was taking the bus & in a wheelchair.) That is what customer service is supposed to be like!

Service is not so good here food was sloppy cold and wrong will not come here again should of gone to in and out

FUCK YOU Carl’s Jr… wats going on with you??? this is the 3^rd time u fucked our order up…3 strikes… YOUR OUT! this is y we dnt go 2 fast food any more cuz of fuck ups like your staff at the circle in long beach. wat the fuck is the point of asking if the order is correct on the screen at the drive thru if u fuck ups are STILL gnna give the incorrect food out to the customers. im not sure wats going on at this location but ur fucking up carls reputation in my eyes. i no its just fast food and we shuldnt hve high expectations but at the same time its not rocket science… its not any kind of science… DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION AT 4525 E. Pacific Coast Highway in Long Beach. instead go to burger king across the street… even if ur desperate… chew off ur own hand instead…

Five stars because of the girl working at 125 pm on 4−7−15 at the drive through window. She really had a great accommodating attitude. I got the Diablo sandwich. Not healthy one bit. But satisfying and spicy. Thanks!

The food was alright the only problem was the atmosphere is a lot of weirdos here and the people that work here are really nice and friendly but that doesn’t mean I’ll come here again anyway find another place

HOW DID THIS PLACE GET ANY STARS? It’s a divine intervention miracle.
I went in there with the coupons for the new all natural sandwich and there is this guy going around in the parking lot then inside asking for money and I mean dude was big and kinda intimidating. NOBODY in there to say anything about this crazy crap;
OF COURSE he sat 5 feet from me just my luck and started yelling at the top of his lungs. I’m 64 slow and old compared to the old days. I was actually kinda afraid; it’s been a long time SINCE i WAS KINDA AFRAID… another full on NUT with a skateboard was floating around in there doing what; I have no idea and I’m not even kidding dressed like a real clown. If you have martial arts experience and confidence and are somewhat young you might have some fun jacking some assholes up in this place.
Even then however you are leaving yourself open to horrible service and insultingly crummy food. I learned the hard way… BACK TO IN AND OUT BURGER. Or actually ANY other place the Long Beach Blvd ghetto even is 1000 steps up from this hole.

This location is awesome!
And it’s the only fast food chain that has fried zucchini! :D love their menu options. LOVE that this is open ²⁴⁄₇.

This Carl’s Jr. is a pretty good one. I give it ⁴⁄₅ stars in comparison to other Carl’s. Today my food was very good. The location is also convenient.

The cashier was nice enough to throw in some sides for free.

First of all, I do not eat fast food often. But this is the typical Carl’s menu and quality. Only issue I’ve had is for the 3^rd time, they forgot to give me the ranch and honey mustard for my chicken tenders. So I’m left to use ketchup. Boo on that.
Think I’ll be eating there even less often. Boo

Super nice and friendly staff, but the management is super irresponsible and careless. Every time you go through the drive thru, there is a strong horrible smell of mold and mildew coming from the grass, plants and shrubs next to the drive thru, and it has been like this for a year. It is horrible experience. And management does not care because it is still there. I will not go back to this place again. All they have to do is call a professional landscaping company to come to their location and spray the landscaping to neutralize the horrible smell. Would take them 30 minutes to do this a few times a month. Are you listening to this MANAGEMENT???

Hungry I stopped here. I was permitted to substitute sweet potato fries on my combo order. Food arrived piping hot. What more could I ask for?
I have stopped here many times and each time I have received excellent friendly service.

My experiences here at this location has always been pleasant; whether it be dine-​in or drive-​thru. The quality of the food has never given me problems!
As a student, there were times when I’d have to pull an all-​nighter just to get assignments done. I would get hungry and by then, In-​N-​Out is closed. This location is 24 hours for the drive-​thru so if you have any late night munchies, this is the place to go!
