Cemo Mobile Massage Therapy

A quick background — My husband and I get massages on a regular basis. We are active people (lifting heavy weights 3x/​4x per week) so we frequently experience soreness or knots in reoccurring areas. Cemo is the first person who is a wonderful combination of relaxation, medicinal, professional, friendly, and convenience all wrapped into one package!
In terms of medicinal, she is incredibly knowledgable in muscle/​joint pains and she knows how to address them and also (most importantly) how to prevent them from worsening! She is the first and only person who mentioned how my body type is (in terms of joints/​muscles) and what exercises I can do to overcome them! Her advice and knowledge came without a price.
For the massage portion, I did the deep tissue/​trigger point massage. Up front, it’s not your typical relaxing soothing massage, it is «get to the point» and fix my darn knots type of deal. Very effective and I discovered knots that I was unaware of! But the best part is that it was also relaxing, so relaxing that I drifted off to sleep during it!
And she is super friendly and always checking the the pressure was correct or if anything felt funny at all.
Right now, she’s massaging my hubby. I’m sure he is enjoying it as much as I did :)

I just had the best massage I’ve ever had in my life with cemo. She is AMAZING. I normally hate massages because no-​one «does it» for me, but cemo is on another level of amazing. I highly highly hiiiiiighly recommend. & on top of that she’s such a beautiful and peaceful soul.

Cemo has been my massage therapist for over 5 years in the Montrose area. She came to our house and she has worked on my husband, daughter and me. She is an exceptional professional who knows and understands the human body. Her attention to medical issues such as scar tissue, previous surgeries, referred pain, and rehabilitation goals are what makes her exceptional. There are those massage therapists who can give massages like robots –that is NOT Cemo — after each session, she knows where the trigger spots are and she follows through at the next session to ensure that those spots are under control.
I also appreciate that I can relax while I get a massage – her music choices, aromatic oils, and calming persona all add to the experience plus I trust Cemo! I have fallen asleep during her massages!
I am sad that she moved to Long Beach but those of you in that area are very fortunate. Please take advantage of her gifts now locally in your area. My sessions are a bit more challenging to arrange because of the distance, but I know that if I need her, I can contact her!

I’m a former athlete, former Marine, and overall gym rat in my mid 30’s — my body has been thru the ringer and I have plenty of soreness/​tightness. I’ve know Cemo for a few years and after working with her, I haven’t worked with anyone else.
She’s awesome at not only finding and working on your problem areas, but educating you on how to work on them in between sessions on your own. She’s also one of the friendliest, most easy going people I’ve ever met, period. All of this makes for a great experience when you work with her.

I’ve been getting massaged by Cemo since I was in my early twenties. Cemo is such an amazing, intuitive massage therapist. First of all, I’m an athletic trainer and bootcamp instructor. I put my body through a lot of varied training schedules and I’m always sore. Especially have a great deal of tightness in my hip flexors. I say this, because I’ve never been worked on EVER like Cemo works on me. None, and I mean none of the CMTs have ever been able to pin point my muscles that really need work. They always seem to be guessing, but she uses those magic fingers to pin point those tiny muscles and she really knows what she’s doing.
I once had a fitness convention that was going to last 5 days and at these conventions, you practically work out 3 – 4 hours each day trying out new routines and equipment. Things like TRX, Kettle Bells, and battle ropes. Tony Horton and Shaun T are even there leading you through P90X and so on. Well, most days I can barely walk afterwards because I’m like a kid in a candy store and don’t know the meaning of «pace yourself».
I had her work on me ever evening I was there and I’ve never had such a great experience. First off, she shows up to your home super friendly and with a great attitude. She sets up anywhere you need her. She brings a über comfortable table and has all the extra pillows and rolls that you need to get set up. She has lovely music playing and it’s just such a nice experience.
On top of all that, she is just a super friendly person and her personality puts you at ease and helps you to relax.
Her knowledge, expertise, and personality will keep me using her as MY massage therapist!

I have been to Cemo a few times and I can honestly say that she gives the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve gone to various spas in the city and around the country and there’s no comparison. I have horrible tightness in my neck and between my shoulder blades and she patiently helped me loosen that up with her deep tissue massage. I also highly recommend her Swedish and hot stone massages. Your body will melt like butter.

Where do I begin? I could go on and on about how Cemo is so great! Not only is she a WONDERFUL masseuse, but also she is SO receptive to your individual needs.
