I called in an order for pick up, several hours before I wanted to pick up my food. The nice lady on the phone said she didn’t need my credit card number on the phone, just come in and everything would be ready. How great is that? I was able to easily add a few more boxes to my take out order once we got there, and everything we got was fresh and delicious. The egg rolls in particular were REALLY good! The wrapper was light & crispy, not the usual grease bomb that most take out egg rolls seem to be. The quantity of food we got was a lot for the money, and the meat & veggies in our dishes were good quality. If you haven’t tried the food here, I recommend it.

The huge cheap portions hit the spot! The place is nothing short of a hole in the wall. But clean and quick. Everyone seemed as nice and respectful welcoming us and thanking us greatly for our bussiness.

Really good food and really cheap too. I got the two combo order and with tax it only came out to be 6.97 total. I liked the chow mein but it was lacking some flavor. I enjoyed the orange chicken and terriyaki a lot.

Solid, cheap, fast, western-style Chinese joint. People were friendly and food looked and tasted fresh. I am now a repeat customer. :)

I ordered some food for a party. The trays were reasonably priced and the food was surprisingly good. I used to run a Chinese fast food joint and thought only my food was the best. This one comes close. Funny thing is the owners and workers are of the same ethnic heritage! They even live in my area and reminded my of my parent’s generation. Wonder if somewhere down the line they’re related and our recipes were kinda shared with them. That would be crazy!

They are always willing to make what you want fresh and if you like more of something in a dish they will give it to you! My box almost never closes all the way without some reorganizing! :)

WOW. I just received very rude customer service. I just worked a 12 hour shift at the hospital and came to this place to eat wonton soup. I was aware they closed at 9pm so I planned on leaving 2minutes before. Around 8:40pm, they tell me for the second time that they close at 9pm. At 9:52pm, one of the ladies told me to straight up LEAVE(multiple times). .AND I tipped the workers!

New management came in a year or so ago and really added polished and consistency to the food… As for the food itself, I’ve tried a few of their tastier looking options and I have to admit one item is LIGHTYEARS better than the rest… The BBQ pork. It’s a generous and delicious portion sliced from whole right before your eyes. Too often Chinese food is disgustingly manufactured and processed ‘meat’ drenched in food coloring. The BBQ pork is still heavy on salt/sugar, but it’s as close to a healthier option Chinese takeaway as you’ll get. Get it with steamed white rice and not only will it fill you up, but it’ll only cost you approx $ 5. Note 50cent charge for card purchases under $ 10. Drinks are cheaper at 7⁄11 next door!

Well, you get what you pay for… We got some takeout from here for the first time last night; it will be the last time as well. Props to the worker who was friendly, welcoming, and smiling. Hence, the only positive part of the experience — not the food. The price was definitely cheap, especially for the quantity, not the quality. The lo mien(LOW mien) was a predominant mound on top — enough to feed a small family, which left a distinct metallic aftertaste. After moving the mountain of this aside(not wanting to chance illness, it was that bad) I tasted the other items. The mushrooms and zucchini looked appealing, and were hot. Therein the positives ended — it was simply bland, with no taste appeal — no desire to attempt more, so onward. Next, to the orange chicken — again, bland, and lacking in any sort of spice, much less simple salt and pepper. Plus, there was a certain off-putting taste to this — again, did not eat beyond a couple bites. Last was the fried rice. While hot and not dry, again the lack of any sort of real flavor was it’s downfall. Thankfully, the fried rice did not leave any icky aftertaste, and now really being in need of sustenance, I ate all the fried rice. Fortunately, my fear of resulting illness did not transpire. I’m really stunned by the positive reviews this place has received; that was not my experience. Buyer beware — you’ll get tons of food, but not necessarily edible, even for cheap –the 60s Chun King canned Chinese food products were much more palatable to me. Never again; better(and more edible) options abound. Next…

I moved to this side of town 3 months ago and was SO happy when I found this place. The orange chicken actually tastes like ORANGE, none of that fake stuff. I’ve also tried the pepper chicken and the Curry, which are both good as well. The staff is super friendly! Whenever my little one walks in, she makes herself at home. saying hi to everyone and they always are so happy to see her. Usually get a 1-item combo with chow main and orange chicken. PLENTY of food for only $ 4.99

Great quick Chinese food! The employees are super generous and very nice. The give great portions, a one item is a lot of food. I love the orange chicken and egg drop/flour soup! The only two things that could make this place better is real made Sweet and Sour sauce, theirs comes in a packet and it is not good. And also the fortune cookies don’t taste great, maybe a different brand would be good.

Parking: limited but folks are often here for take out so they move quickly. Food: standard Chinese fast food. Staff: Excellent! they’re really friendly, they know a bunch of folks by name. And it feels like everyone working is your friend because those portions — OMG.

I’ve been coming here about once or twice a month since I moved down to Long Beach. Usually on my way back home when I don’t feel like cooking. It’s really good Chinese take out. A two item combo is under $ 7 and they usually give very generous portions. The staff are always very friendly. They’re really good at keeping all the items stocked and looking fresh. I haven’t had an entrée item that I haven’t liked yet. My recommendations would definitely be the curry chicken, the pepper chicken, or the jalapeño chicken. If you like spicy food definitely get the jalapeño chicken. They don’t really de-seed the jalapenos so it’s pretty spicy. Guaranteed if you order it the person scooping will let you know it’s spicy.
