History
Established in 2010.
We started out sewing unique gifts for the family & friends during birthdays & holidays, and after the realization that we’re spending too much for fabric, we began to look for the manufacturers. Now 3 years later, we’re able to provide top-quality clothing & craft material worldwide for much less than the large chain stores. We pride ourselves on keeping our prices as low as possible; we don’t believe in ripping our clients off or charging more than is necessary for a product that we believe everyone should have access. After all, there is nothing more fulfilling than a home-made gift. Whether it’s the therapeutic aspect of creating a one-of-a-kind product from scratch or the look of awe and excitement on the face of the recipient, textiles are one thing that we can all cherish for it’s flexibility.

I studied film & criminology at the University of California, Irvine. After graduating during the early days of the recession, and unable to find a job in film industry, I decided to get creative. My mother, aunt, & grandmother spent years constucting my costumes & special-event clothing, and unbeknownst to me, teaching me the art of sewing clothes from scratch. After pondering what type of clothing or accessory to fabricate and sell, I decided, instead, to open an online fabric store and offer the textiles I personally use at competitive prices. I was always breaking-the-bank to scrounge up enough cash to buy a few yards of material, and now that I cut out the middle-man, I can offer the best fabrics at a percentage of the price that you will find in stores. It feels great to be able to contribute to the growing epidemic of DIY; it’s so fantastic that many of my customers are small businesses manufacturing their own products. I’m a huge fan of expressing your individual style!
