Custom Chrome

They always do nice work! Sometimes even work magic! I can even say I never had a problem there. Parts are always done on time! Good customer service!!! The lil ese dude quotes good prices! Can’t complain!!!

This place is great so far. Everything I take in comes out looking new, the only issue I have is that it takes longer then they say it will. Normally it’s only a week maybe 2 depending on the amount of chrome work being done. The staff is friendly and so far have always be straight forward on how well they think the job will come out. They have done all the chrome on my 71 Chrysler 300, and it came out looking new. I had a couple of pieces that were flattened out from people over the years trying to reattach them, and Custom Chrome made those look new also. You can’t even tell there was anything wrong with them.

This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had at a business. They didn’t even pretend to be helpful and flat out lied to me on numerous occasions.
They initially told me my bumper would be ready in 2 weeks. Fair enough. After 2 weeks and a few phone calls, they tell me that they made a mistake and have to send my bumper back to Arizona. I found out later that this was just a lie, they never sent the bumper out to begin with.
Fast forward 2 more weeks, They tell me that my bumper is in and to come pick it up on friday. I go there on friday and they said they made a mistake and to come back tomorrow at 1pm. I go back at 1 pm and the sign on the door says they close at 12 on Saturday!
I finally go back again a few days later and they now have the bumper in. Awful work… There are swirl marks and pitting everywhere. If this was any other chrome shop I would have asked them to re-​do the bumper but at this point I was just happy to have my bumper back! Looks like I will take it to another shop to have it done properly.
DO NOT go to this location… you will regret it!

I went there and had my front bumper [1970 240Z] rechromed on 12/​12, the bumper had one small dent, a deep scratch, the chrome was gone, and it had some rust behind the bumper, the end result was amazing! The finish was very smooth I could not see any sanding marks and the reflection was not wavy.
If it wasnt for the «before» pictures I took I couldnt remember where those imperfections were. The price for my job was $ 260, that included the bumper gaurds, turn around time was as stated. The gentleman that did my bumper has been working there for 20 years, I would recommend this place to anyone and will go there again.
